I recently purchased a new home on 1.4 Acers. The lot had been neglected for several years. There was just too much to handle alone (tree removal, ground clearing, bed clearing, and rock removal). Matt from Chad's was available to meet me the next day. He walked the lot and gave very detailed suggestions after understanding what I was trying to accomplish. Matt was able to process a quote while still at the location and explained exactly what they were going to do. I was so impressed with the professionalism and promptness I did not look for another quote. The job was scheduled and they actually were able to begin work two days earlier. The first day they cleared and removed everything that was needed and did not leave anything behind. They did accidently hit a sprinkler line because I did not know layout underground. The next day when they came out to finish they brought the supplies to fix the line. Matt actually encouraged me to wait until next year to finish certain areas to see what comes in. We had a very good experience with Chad's Landscaping from the beginning requesting a quote to completion of our project. Matt came out and gave us a very prompt and reasonable quote that he e-mailed to us within an hour. We needed our ornamentals around our home trimmed and spruced up and the underbrush in a small wooded area cleaned up and trees trimmed. Complements to Gordo and his team who worked very hard to complete all this work in a day along with a neighbor's project. They arrived the morning they were scheduled, and Matt arrived shortly after to discuss the project with the crew assigned to the project. They did a beautiful job trimming the ornamentals and cleaning the underbrush and trimming the trees to open our yard up. They also did a great job cleaning up at the end. Today I had Chad's Landscaping clean up a few very large landscape beds which involved the removal of many old evergreens, overgrown perennials, and trimming many overgrown bushes. I am so thrilled with the work they have done and appreciate looking at my revived landscaping! I was very appreciative of the onsite quote that Matt provided at our first meeting and quick and clean job they completed today! The crew was very hard working and I was encouraged by them to reuse my plants, they split and replanted helping minimize my cost for new plants. I would call that green! They even went through the effort of planting some of them in pots for me just so I didn't have to throw them away. Be VERY careful if you contract with Chads landscaping. They give you a quote in a timely manner and the workers who do the actual work are very good. But, despite the fact that they tell you that their work is warranted for one year, it is impossible to get them to stand by their work. We had two bushes die within 3 weeks of planting and we have failed to get Chads to replace them. Despite multiple phone messages left over a three week period with their office staff (who are very indifferent and not at all helpful), we have still no response from Chads. We have decided we made a mistake in contracting with them and will probably have to replace the bushes ourselves. By the way, they will give you a discount on their services in exchange for a five star online review. If this sounds like a bribe, it probably is. read more

Absolutely thrilled with the level of service at Chad's. We had their team come out before our daughter's graduation last year. It was a very busy time of year and everyone was going to take weeks to get back to us. Chad's was busy as well, but knowing about our party, they worked to come out as soon as possible. We worked with Matt and he made just the right recommendations for us, for our entire yard, and then fulfilled all promises to have the work done very well and on time. We were very pleased with the work by Chad's Landscaping. We had foundations laid for a large shed and hot tub. From the time Matt came out to give us a bid until the final clean up, everything was done efficiently, on time as scheduled, and at a higher level than we expected. The workers worked hard and wasted no time. We were happy with their suggestions for drainage and to move dirt to a low place in the yard that tended to be wet, and we were very pleasantly surprised to find drainage pipes that had to be dug out reinstalled and fresh sod laid around the foundation for the shed. We had Chad's Landscaping come out to fix our front landscaping and they did a great job!! We ended up replacing a warn down wooden wall with a brick wall option and also updating our side garden edging. They also cleaned up and mulched the front areas as well and it's amazing how good it now looks! We worked with Matt who helped us plan and update our house's landscaping. He was able to price out all components rather than give a lumps sum total like other contractors.
