I've attempted to call several times, but the calls go straight to voicemail, which is full and does not allow messages. I have not received any communication regarding a delay or cancellation. I hired this company in January 2025 to install a bathroom exhaust fan. I provided my own upgraded…read morefan with Bluetooth features. They claimed they couldn't install it because I was "missing a wire," then went to Home Depot and bought a cheap basic fan instead -- which I paid for. The install included venting outside the house and cost way more than it should have, but I let it go because I just wanted proper air circulation. Fast forward to August 2025 -- the fan completely stopped working. It no longer pulls air at all. I contacted them to ask about warranty on their installation. It is now January 2026 and they have never responded. Expensive install. Low-quality results. Zero accountability. Once they get paid, don't expect them to stand behind their work. Would not recommend.

They've always been affordable, professional and efficient in their services. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) Overall they're a great company and the staff is pleasant overall. Will use them again for small projects around the house.
