Emailed me later a proposal. Evidently she found the measurements and height was taller than he guessed. Received a call as I was driving up north 25 percent discount expired at midnight and I needed to sign and give credit card information. Neither one told me when the discount expired when we met! Glad I didn't make a bad choice going with them!

One of our three garage doors (#2) needed help - had a little "fender bender" on it and it was in…read morebad shape. Called GDM because they were close. Chris said he could stop and take a look the next morning. He showed up when he said he would and quickly inspected it. Said he could adjust it on-the-spot and we were so glad. He then said not to get too happy because #1 had a broken spring! I couldn't believe I had not noticed it before but there it was - in TWO pieces. He said he may have a set of springs on the truck - he would check. Sure enough. Our lucky day - he had a set with him. He installed a new set of springs for door #1 and tightened up a number of screws, adjusted some other brackets, etc. , on all three doors. He also sprayed a lubricating treatment on all moving pieces on all doors. All three doors are now running quiet and smooth. We cannot believe our good luck picking GDM off the list on-line. Don't trust somebody else. This guy knows just what the heck is going on for these doors. He turned a lousy day into a great day for us. Thanks so much, Chris. On a scale of 1-10, you get a 20!!!
