No one came over to help the online pickup line, even though I was clearly waiting. When I asked the door greeter how the system worked, she explained that checkout employees are supposed to rotate between the regular line and online pickup. That rotation was not happening during my visit. From where I stood, customers in the regular checkout line were consistently prioritized while the online pickup line was not acknowledged. The experience left me feeling overlooked and concerned about fairness in how customers are assisted. Clearer coordination and consistent rotation between lines would make a big difference. Until that process is more consistently managed, I'll likely take my business elsewhere.

The TV had some audio issues, so I brought it back to the store to exchange it. After some back and forth, they finally exchanged it for the same model, which was acceptable. I took that TV home and when I took it out of the box, the screen was cracked. I brought it back up to the store the next day and they would not exchange it for another TV or process a refund. The Manager ZACH said because the TV was "physically damaged", they wouldn't do anything. He was very smug and unsimpathetic. I have never had a situation where I purchased a defective item less then 24 hours ago and the store would not take it back. Buyer Beware, I am out $350.. UPDATE - 6/18/25 - 5 out of 5 (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!) I reached out to Best Buy Customer Service via Twitter on 6/14/25, and was messaging with a person named Ezra. I provided all of the information and they were going to look into it and get back to me. I heard back today and they said to go back up to the store and they would exchange the TV for another one. I met with the Manager BRYCE and he was great, a lot better then the previous Manager I dealt with. I opened the TV at the store, to make sure it was not damaged. I just got home and set it up, everything is fine. Mixed reviews on this whole situation..

The sleep buds charge 90% of the time and it's usually the right sleep bud that automatically disconnects itself inadvertently here and there. It just requires me to check once or twice before bedtime to make sure they have fully charged. It usually only takes about an hour to fully charge. They do work well and like a charm when they do work however. I have had many good and longer nights of sleep because of these little buds and they help me sleep through loud neighbors having parties or whatever outside sounds might have woken me in the past.

Ended up talking to Brandon and he told me to bring the speaker in and he would see what he could do. Today I walked in and was immediately greeted by Cruz. Him and I got to talking and he walked me over to Brandon. Brandon with a smile on his face says, "I remember you, go ahead and take care of him." Just like that, I had a new speaker. These guys hooked it up for me and I am overly joyed by the customer service I received there. Will definitely be going back when it's time for my surround sound system!

I called them in a bind with a completely dead audio system in my show car. Despite being booked out for weeks, they told me to bring it in right away--and somehow worked me in for a full diagnostic. What they found was shocking: a blown amp, bad wiring, and crossovers installed in the water catch by the last installer (a major chain). Venard, Chris, and Ty didn't just fix it--they gave my car the system it always deserved. No upselling. Just top-tier workmanship, clear communication, and a sound system that absolutely rocks. The difference is night and day. Can't recommend them enough. Total professionals and rock stars all around.

I went to get a remote start & alarm installed in my automobile at Radio Knobs Speakers. After selecting an alarm with the features I wanted, such as the remote alarm, automatic start, and allowing me to operate the features that came with my car, trunk release, and the ability to use my cell phone to operate , same as the key fob. To my horror I arrived early and was there almost to closing . As I got into my car nothing was working as it should have. They didn't even check to see if the job was okay. To my surprise the installer attempted to put blame on my cars age, his boss the owner kept silent to my surprise. They hadn't even connected the trunk release and wanted to charge me extra. Thank God there was a qualified installer that came to the rescue. He went over everything the following day, apologized for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.
