He started by trying to repair my phone, or at least update it for a little more service life. When we could see that it would only be a temporary fix, I decided it was time for a new phone. Dave walked me through the entire process, from choosing a phone, to making sure all data transferred correctly. Dave suggested apps that would be for my interests. He gave me suggestions for a case AND , helped me set all new passwords. Five stars Dave. I really appreciated that you listened to me! I have had help from other men too, when I need a repair. I had broken my Samsung screen while out on a walk and went into the store where I purchased the phone and they were more interested in selling me an upgrade vs repairing the phone issue. I worked with Jarvis, Maverick and Zak did my repair. Quite frankly I couldn't be happier with the result. The customer service, the ease of which they completed the repair and the 90 day warranty made this a good decision for me. I have a SAMSUNG original equipment/screen replacement. I would recommend reaching out to them first. I wish I had. If they can't fix it, they will be transparent and keep you informed during the repair. Went here to get my phone fixed because I thought it would be a good price but no it was very expensive actually but it came with a "warranty" so I thought it was worth it. Turns out this warranty doesn't actually cover anything and when I took my phone back asking for help they broke the frame of my phone then told me I had to get a new one. I was recommended to this place by a friend who lives in the area and I drove 30 minutes to get here. Before I arrived, I called ahead of time just to get an idea of how much repairing my iphone screen would be, the young man on the phone was very nice and very helpful. When I walked into this place, an hour before they closed, I was immediately greeted by another nice young man and he gave me the run down of much it would cost, how long it would take and I was glad to hear that the price I was quoted for my phone, was the same that I was quoted on the phone. It took them 30 minutes guys!! Super quick. I came back at 6:30 to pick up my phone and I was greeted by Maverick. He was so friendly and so welcoming. My phone was already done and he showed me my new screen and that it was working properly, gave me the rundown and made it very clear that if I had ANY issues to come back and they would do everything in their power to fix it. Most places I've been to just give you your stuff back and tell you to be on your way. He provided me with amazing customer service and he really made me feel like I was in good hands!! I even bought a couple phone cases from them, all in all, it was a great deal. Professional, responsive, honest and reasonably-priced, this team believes in customer service, and practices that belief at its highest level. Also, as we are recovering from the Covid19 pandemic, they have made doing business with them, SAFELY, a top priority ---- masked and gloved, themselves, and behind plexiglas, they have a 2-customer vestibule with 2 customer service "pods" and they have you give them your device through a makeshift, but continuously cleaned, mailbox. I took my drone, my DRONE, to 3 different shops, 2 computer repair and a cell phone repair shop to repair a broken compass connector on the motherboard. They each told me that the board is unrepairable for basically the same reasons. 3 years ago I took my cell phone to a place called "Quick Phone Fix", 139 S Telegraph Rd, Pontiac, MI 48341, for a screen problem. They repaired it but it still had a problem. I took it back in and they made it right immediately. I decided to give them a try. The technician (big guy with a tat, nice guy) looked at it for 5 seconds and said, "yeah, I can fix it. Give me a half hour". I came back 25 min later and it was done. He asked if we could test it out in the counter and voila, fixed!!! He charged me just $50. I offered to throw down a little extra for lunch and he refused. Do yourself a favor and take your business here. No one can do better. read more

When I first went to get a new screen on my daughter's iPhone 4S I was happy with the store. The prices were exactly the same as the other local stores. The counter personnel were friendly. The only glitch was when I went to the pay they clerk asked that I pay cash instead of credit card because he "had a problem with the machine". He even accepted the total minus the tax since I didn't have exact change. My problems came 2 months later when the screen started to lift off. Internet wisdom seems to indicate this is due to a lower quality aftermarket screen. Since I obviously have no record of the cash transaction and it has been 2 months, I went to another local shop. This one has been in business a lot longer and, hopefully, uses better parts. ***Update*** Upon reading my review, a representative from the store immediately called me and told me that they would have fixed the screen for me and that they have a 3 month guarantee. Also, I would not need to produce a receipt because they had it all in their records. The clerk at the time never told me about any guarantees or any thing else, so who knows. Like I said, their staff were all very nice, as was this caller. Still, the screen lifted off, so this part was not up to standards. This store has very friendly and helpful staff, but at least this one part or installation was not good. read more

I was understanding when my phone developed some defect the day after they fixed it with tiny little expanding air pockets. I am unhappy that they blamed me for their faulty repair. I live out of state and asked if they could repair their mistake on Sunday because I had a flight on Monday. They said they could not, but would fix on Monday and ship the phone overnight. They did not ship overnight, and they decided to use the cheapest and most unreliable postal carrier - USPS. Not only that, they shipped the phone with it ON - nice to know anyone can hear the phone ringing inside the package while it's being shipped. Makes me feel really uncertain about receipt. I was not offered anything for this inconvenience. And will have been without a phone for 7 days. Customer service is not good in this business. Would not recommend. read more
