After proving my MacBookAIR keyboard is not waterproof I called Frankie for a repair estimate because I already trusted them once at their (old) Troy store. My old OS (Yosemite 10.10.5) was near closing out Apple Factory Service anyway. The agreed solution was to keep the laptop, add a refurb keyboard/trackpad, give me back the soggy old keyboard in a bag. Frankie gave an expedite option (added shipping costs). Sean also replaced the batteries; and Techboys delivered with quick turn-around, very happy! Even after a scary trackpad & keyboard freeze the next day, Frankie jumped on it, under warranty, and after a weekend, Sean re-opened my repaired MacBook to discover the refurb trackpad failed. Frankie asked for my old trackpad, Sean installed it, upgraded my OS to Monterey 12.7, called me for pick-up at 11PM - he sure works late hours! I'm a happy camper now. 5 stars for price and 3 stars for quality. I had a cracked iPad screen. They quoted me $85 on the phone. After I called I found a 10% off coupon for first time customers on their site. When I came in to the store with the coupon the final price was $90 and $95 after tax. Still a fair price with Apple charging 3x more and I was in a rush, so I didn't argue. However, they seem to be making up their pricing on the fly. If you get a quote, do it by email and bring it in with you instead of doing it over the phone like I did. As for the finished product, I've seen better. Two edges on the inside of the screen have visible tape residue and you can also see dried water residue on the inside of the screen when it's off. The rubber seal around the edge is torn up where they pried around the edges to get the original screen off. One of the screen corners wasn't down all the way and I could lift it up with my fingernail. They didn't even bother putting the home button back correctly. It's slightly rotated so the center square icon looks weird. All that being said, I use this iPad for my kids, so the price matters more than the repair being amazing. It still works fine and when the screen is on you don't notice any of the residue on the inside of the screen. It's also in a kid-friendly case so the edges don't bother me either. If this were my personal iPad, I'd be disappointed. You could probably pay slightly more for a better repair elsewhere. read more

AMAZING!!!!!! After being on the phone with Apple Tech support and getting nowhere I reluctantly called Techboys. I was reluctant because I never dealt with them before and I was worried they may make the problem worse? ( MacBook Pro) Long story short.... these guys are Amazing!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter dropped and smashed the screen on her iPhone 5c for the second time in a few weeks...I dreaded having to deal with the Apple store in the Mall again, and shell out another $130. A friend told me about Techboys, so I called to check it out. They said they could fix it in about a 1/2 hour for $100. We brought the phone in and were greeted by Frazier. Two days turned into two weeks... Brought a Galaxy Note 4 in for repair and was told it would be ready in two days. Multiple calls, days and excuses later, I was told I would receive a discount on the repair to compensate me. When I went to pick up the phone? I was told I there would be no discount. It took two weeks from drop off to pick up. Take your phone some where else. You might pay a bit more but it'll probably be ready when they say it will. read more

Terrible!! I went her to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed and had to back again because the screen started glitching and then he replaced my sceen only to have half my screens touch not work. I highly don't recommend you go here unless you don't mind going back 3 or 4 times read more
