I only came to this location because it was recommended and I'm SICK about it. My phone was experiencing glitches and I came to the store to troubleshoot. Instead being helpful, the MANAGER rushed to only offered : buying a new phone(phone has no physical/ water damage,less 1old) OR factory resetting the phone. I asked multiple times did the settings in my phone look correct to restore after the reset and he assured me it did. Making this short: I did the reset and NOTHING restored. ALL of my work documents and contacts are gone with no way computer access during this time to get them back due to COVID. All the Manager, Aaron Hakala, could say is, " I would have never done a factory reset if a gun was to my head" Not only was the manger eagerly able to sell my father a new cable package while he supposed to be helping me, he also used my credit card information without my permission. I was supposed to be paying a single transaction and he used to set up my fathers cable account which I did not consent to. He told me as we were leaving the store that is a recurring payment( In which Aaron Hakala assured it would not be). I came into the store for HELP but I left SOL! And he just shrugged because hey what is it to him, he made a sale, right! The service I received was horrible and has left me in a EXTREMELY compromising situation that was COMPLETELY avoidable if I received the right council.
