BlackBerry is down to less than 1% of the market, so not very many phone repair shops have any experience with the current/recent BlackBerry lineup. I made over a dozen phone calls to different phone repair places, all with the same result - "We don't work on those. No idea where you could get it repaired". I took my BlackBerry Priv to Japan and the Philippines on a business trip, and even though I used the correct voltage converters in both places, something went wrong, and my phone stopped working. As in, I couldn't even turn it on. These guys fixed it, quickly, and reasonably, and I would recommend their services to anyone. Kudos.

Took my 6 year old Samsung in to get repaired as a large part of the screen was not lit anymore…read more I was quoted a price when I dropped it off. The next day i got a call that there was an issue, the screen cracked while they were repairing it. As a resolution to the issue they replaced it with another Samsung TV of the same size that they had that was newer and had more features. That's integrity. Understandable but still atrocious service…read more Botched a repair with a dying/defective lcd and digitizer (Likely salvaged and then charged full price for) and a damaged mic port and was told to come back - Came back same to find the tech left minutes after i ended the call. Phone was damaged in the time waiting for the store to open back and see me - Warranty does not cover physical damages. Screen was already sold at twice retail cost. Go ANYWHERE else or do the repairs yourself
