BlackBerry is down to less than 1% of the market, so not very many phone repair shops have any experience with the current/recent BlackBerry lineup. I made over a dozen phone calls to different phone repair places, all with the same result - "We don't work on those. No idea where you could get it repaired". I took my BlackBerry Priv to Japan and the Philippines on a business trip, and even though I used the correct voltage converters in both places, something went wrong, and my phone stopped working.
