I made over a dozen phone calls to different phone repair places, all with the same result - "We don't work on those. No idea where you could get it repaired". I took my BlackBerry Priv to Japan and the Philippines on a business trip, and even though I used the correct voltage converters in both places, something went wrong, and my phone stopped working.
