Come down to reboot.they have alot of cheap games. The customer service is fantastic and my Homie Chris always hooks me up with a deal.

I have taken a laptop and a PS4 for repair with positive results. No surprises and fair price for repairs.

Fast and reliable phone screen repair for an iPhone 15 Pro, I was in and out in like 20 minutes. There was a screen protector thrown in with the new screen as well. Plus tons of cool retro games to look at while the service was being provided. Highly recommend for anyone who needs repair, I. Called ahead to see if they had the screen in stock and I was in and out in under twenty mins. read more

don't ever use this store for repairs. I bought a couple snes carts in for a battery change. they left flux all over the cart I had to clean off (it will cause corrosion otherwise) and 2 on my carts had the green layer gone in a couple spots with copper showing through. I bought nes they modified the output on. it originally didn't work and even after they fixed it it's still finicky. no idea what they are doing read more

My PlayStation 4 wasn't working so I took it in 15mins before close, expecting that I would have to leave it for a few days to possibly be repaired. I wasn't sure if it could be saved or if it would have to be reset. I was helped immediately and was out the door before they closed with my PlayStation repaired! Excellent service and I definitely recommend for game system repairs! read more

This is the absolute BEST place to get repairs done. We were ripped off by a computer repair shop near our apartment. Came to Metro Computer Games & iRepair and they have taken care of all of our electronic needs, made recommendations on equipment and have just been the best. Have no idea about the other review, but I refer EVERYBODY to these guys when they are having a computer issue! Love them. read more

I have never had a worse experience with a simple phone screen replacement. The only reason I gave this location two stars is the owner did really try to fix what his staff ruined and eventually gave me a refund. I took my phone in on a Friday to have the cracked screen replaced. An hour or so later I received a phone call saying my phone was in a boot loop and I'd have to wait until the next day when the main tech came in to try to fix it. About 30 minutes later I received another phone call stating the fixed the issue and my phone was ready for pick up. By Saturday evening my home button stopped working. I took the phone back in on Monday and the owner seemed to have fixed the phone properly. By Tuesday evening the left side of the new screen was not working so I took my phone back to the location Wednesday evening. They called me about 90 minutes later saying my phone was ready. As soon as I arrived and picked up my phone the home button wasn't working. The employee told me he hadn't been working on the phone so he knew nothing about it. At this point I'm frustrated and tried explaining everything I've dealt and this particular employee WALKED AWAY FROM ME. He returned shortly and gave me phone a couple flicks with his finger, seriously and then said there was nothing he could do. When I asked for a refund he said he wasn't authorized to do that. When I asked him call someone who was authorized to come up and give me a refund he refused to call him and said I had to come back AGAIN. So, the next morning I arrive at their posted opening time however, the owner arrived 30 minutes late. After working on my phone for about an hour he pretty much told me he's tried everything and had no idea what is wrong. I insisted on a refund and eventually received it but now no longer have a working home button on my phone. If you still want to check this place out I'd only go when Jacob is there as he genuinely seems to care about making things right. The rest of the employees that I interacted with were less than stellar. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. I took an old computer of mine in to get checked out and looked at because of how extremely slow it was running. I had taken this computer in to Metro before to have the keyboard replaced and at that time, they were fine so I naturally figured I'd take it there again. Well this last time was a joke. Unfortunately I do not have the names, but the guy who initially told me he could get it get running smoothly and faster told me it would take 3-5 days and so I dropped it off. I got a call surprisingly the very next day telling me it was done. Naturally even though I thought this speedy phone call back was a little odd, I thought "well, cool, I guess it was a quick easy fix." So I go pick it up, check out and leave. As I was driving home, I had thought, "huh...I'm kind of surprised they didn't do a quick test of turning it on in front of me before I took it with me, but whatever." When I got it home, there was an "installing Windows files" pop up stuck on my screen. How odd...if it was done, why was this stuck on my screen? I call them and they tell me, "oh you know, sometimes it takes a while for Windows to finish installing updates." At this point I start to get annoyed and I tell the guy on the phone, "I thought you said this was done, this doesn't look like it's done." And he says, "well, just bring it back up here and we'll look at it." I'm pretty pissed about making yet another trip, he said it was done. Why the hell didn't he double check it before I left with it? Regardless, I needed this computer asap at the time for school, so I take it ALL the way back up there AGAIN. When I get there, the one guy sits it on the counter and turns it on and doesn't offer any apologies or anything. So I sit and wait and wait and wait. I believe it had to have been at least 45 minutes. FINALLY he tells me, "okay it's all set." I don't see what the hell he did and he didn't explain what he did, but at this point I just wanted my damm computer back. when I get it home, yeah it turns on, but then NOTHING WILL LOAD. I click on the internet explorer, I click on Microsoft Word, NOTHING LOADS. Now I'm REALLY pissed, I come all the way back home and it's STILL not working? What the hell did I pay $100 for?? Now it's around 9:00 pm and they're closed so I have to wait until the next day to call. When I call the next day, the guy who I'm assuming was the owner tells me, "oh I wasn't done with your computer yet. I don't know what happened, I set your computer aside because I was still working on it, I mean, who called you and told you it was done? Who did you talk to?"...WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? These guys call me and tell me it's done, I make two trips, get charged a $100 dollars, and turns out it wasn't even done, and this manager actually expects me to bring it back AGAIN after all that? I demanded a complete refund for the absolute inconvenience; I didn't have the time to go back and forth all fucking day. What, you expect me to take the chance and bring it back AGAIN and then tell me, "oh you know what, I don't think I can fix it after all." I tell the guy forget it, I don't think you can fix it. He goes, "well, ma'am, I told you that it I wasn't sure what the issue was with the computer and you said you wanted it looked at anyway, so I mean-" I then interrupt him and said forget it I wanted my money back. How dare he talk to me like *I* did something wrong here?? He then says, "I completely understand, you know what, I can send you a refund check in the mail, and please call me back when you receive it." That was back on September 22nd/23rd, it is now OCTOBER 4th, not only had I never received this supposed "refund check", but when I called to inquire what the deal was a few days after he said I'd get the refund and where was it, the guy on the phone at that time told me, "oh he sent that out Wednesday" (which would have been September 28th) it STILL should have arrived by now. At this point, it's becoming pretty apparent I have been completely screwed over and lied to. I called one last time to find out what the hell was going on, and I love the response of the guy that answered the phone, basically telling me, "oh your computer is fine, I fixed it. I told the other guy here that he thought it wasn't done but I fixed it. I did what it needed when you brought it back, I mean there was a lack of communication but I don't believe that entitles you to a refund." Are you fucking serious? Does anyone with a sense for any DECENT customer service see the absolute asinine nature of this whole thing on THEIR part? You got one guy telling it wasn't done, you got one guy telling me it was done, you have one guy telling me yeah I'll send you a refund, you have another guy telling me no, you aren't entitled to one, you have another guy telling me the refund check was sent but I never got it. I have been LIED to all over the place here with no responsibility taken on their part. I will NEVER go here again. read more
