I went in to find two games that were unpopular and one game that was semi- popular at the time. I was able to get a hold of the semi-popular game and I was surprised that they had it in stock, simply because the store had a limited number of available games. On top of the disappointment of not being able to find all of the games I came for, the service was terribly slow. There was one employee helping at least eight customers. I was at the front of the line and it took him about 20 minutes to get the game and "prepare" it for purchase. As you might expect, it was pricey, and no one mentioned it might not be what I wanted. When I realized, well, now it's opened, so would you like $9 back on your $90 purchase? I wouldn't call it a "scam" but I wish their staff was more forthcoming about selling games from another region. If you know to check everything closely before buying, this seems like a nice shop, but if you're less of an expert, you might want to shop somewhere with better buyer protection.

After and 1 hour and 15 minutes we checked back in and they then said it would another 30 to 40 minutes. We left again and it took a total of 2.5 hours to get the text message that they were done testing it. We went in and when we were standing at the counter i observed them hand the xbox off from one person to another and in the process theu said it was in pristine condition. The second person took it to a work station and started messing with it. All of a sudden the console developed a rattle and the. They discussed some more and I was then informed they would not take it. Calledd out the fact they just said it was in pristine condition when i walked in and that what they just did at work bench must have cause it. They acknowledged that but woul not do anything further. In my opinion they caused the damaged and refused any help at all. I feel like my son got scammed and i will never reccommned or purchase anything from them again. They seemed happy to say they were glad I would not return. What a horrible way to treat a long term customer and what a horrible way to do business in my opinion.

The store felt friendly and welcoming, and the staff were patient while checking everything out. They explained that they don't refurbish items, only resell, so because one of the controllers had a sticky button and a worn joystick pad, they couldn't accept the consoles. It made sense, and they were clear about it. Even though we didn't end up selling, they were still helpful and took the time to guide us, which I appreciated. Overall, still a positive experience.
