My friends and I came here on a Sunday afternoon and there was some sort of tournament happening at the tables that was timed with multiple rounds. These tables take up about half of the shop, so it was very impressive to see and all very organized! The rest of the shop has a ton of card/board games in one corner, a long display case filled with collectible cards of all kinds (namely, Pokemon cards is what my friends were here for), a corner for DND books, dice, etc., and then a few end cap style shelves with other game and fandom accessories. There's something for everyone here and it was all super lovely! The pricing here is perhaps $1-2 more expensive than a few card shops more local to us, but they had a really lovely and extensive collection, some cards which we had never seen before either, so it was worth it! If you're ever out in the Chesterfield area, make sure to check out Eternal Games!

My husband and I saw this store when we were walking into CVS. We decided to walk in, and I am…read moresuper happy that we did. This place was filled with super unique games. We met some people that were really into D+D. They told us the different guides we can use and videos we can watch to learn how to play. They also told us to check out the event calendar to see dates when others play. When we walked over to the calendar, we saw the tables and game board on a shelf. I talked to an employee and she was super nice. We found out that you can bring food and drinks in ( be very careful though). You can bring in your own games or xards. You can also grab one on the shelf and play with it. She actually showed us a demo of how to play one. We had a lot of fun. We were told that there is a game night on Tuesdays. Most people met each other here, and they come to play every week. We would love to come back with some of my siblings to eat and then play a few new games. If you have questions about any games, the staff are always very helpful. We will be back in very soon!

He spoke to the people behind the counter regarding his Xbox (Drive Disk Error). The repair guy confirmed it was a Disk Drive Error and would see if he could fix it. My son gave the woman behind the counter his name and number and she gave him a repair ticket. We were told we would have an answer if not tonight tomorrow. The following day he called the store twice according to his cell phone call logs. As all he wanted was his Xbox repaired before CHRISTMAS. Later that afternoon he called (the second time) and was told to come pick it up and they couldn't fix it. Once we arrived, with me standing there, he was told they weren't going to fix it because he kept calling. I told my son to take the Xbox to the car. I then told the staff that it is obvious he has a learning disability and all he wanted was his Xbox repaired before Christmas. They looked at me dumbfounded stood there and said nothing, I left the store. I cannot and will not do business with GamePlay at this location or any other as it is pretty obvious they do not care about the customer - this could have been easily resolved if they had demonstrated some kind, any kind of compassion or a simple I'm sorry (Let see if we cant fix the problem for the young man). The funny thing is my son always wants to go to GamePlay to get a used game(s) for his Xbox. Treating my son they way they did is unacceptable and I can only hope KARMA is kinder then they were to my son. Lion Defending His Cub
