I went in to find two games that were unpopular and one game that was semi- popular at the time. I was able to get a hold of the semi-popular game and I was surprised that they had it in stock, simply because the store had a limited number of available games. On top of the disappointment of not being able to find all of the games I came for, the service was terribly slow. There was one employee helping at least eight customers. I was at the front of the line and it took him about 20 minutes to get the game and "prepare" it for purchase. I feel like if you are going to shop at Game Headz you should call ahead, see if they have the game you want, and ask them to prepare it for you ahead of time. -TRQ

One of the absolute WORST purchasing experiences in my life. After several days I reached out to support of that third-party platform regarding why it was still not shipped, who then informed me that "the item is out of stock and no longer available. It was sold in-store but not removed from their portal in time". It felt like a gut punch. The seller didn't even have the basic courtesy or decency to at least let me know if a genuine oversight happened on their end by responding to my chat follow up regarding shipping. I literally had to reach out to support to get my refund back. This experience was truly heartbreaking for a genuine collector like me. You have been WARNED. Think twice before purchasing anything online from them or you might have to go through the same nightmare as me.
