Very nice staff who offered very helpful advice! My interaction with them reminded me of the movie "Miracle on 34th Street" where the Macy's store Santa Claus tells customers where to go for the best deals, putting the customer over the sale - amazing! read more

I got cash fast for my old gold. I had a few pieces I weren't sure if they were worth anything but I got a decent amount for them.

Employees were courteous and friendly. Also I was coming from work and they were about to close the shop however they stayed open a few minutes longer to help me. Very knowledgeable staff. read more

GREAT Customer Service! T.K. and the staff treated me right, with respect and made a good deal for myself while doing a pawn-loan. I highly recommend this very clean and organized exchange shop! read more

Look no further!! The guys at Rudy's Exchange are not just kind and personable (hard to find these days) but they're very knowledgeable and thorough about pricing and policy. And they'll work with you, they're not trying to get over on anyone. As if their professionalism wasn't enough, they also have awesome deals on merchandise. My daughter got her 1st real bike there and they gave her a great discount. Thanks guys!!! read more

Saturday was the second time that I have dealt with Rudy's exchange A few months ago I went and got a loan on a couple gaming equipment between being busy at work and not having the money to pay the $50 interest I was late a couple of months and they have always worked with me they never took my merchandise back and then on Saturday I had to go get a loan on some jewelry and they were absolutely caring about my situation and they did anything and everything to give me what I was asking for I would never go to any other pawnshop I 100% recommend them they are the best read more

There is a reason why Rudy has been around in the Pawn business for a good while now. He is a great dude with a great shop and more than fair. His shop has a ton of great stuff for any type of person so make sure to stop by if you're gift shopping or looking for any great records/music gear and more. read more

Awesome place. Clean, well-stocked, and plenty of interesting items. This place is more like a gently-used store than any pawn shop I've ever seen. Tons of collectibles. great music and movie collection, and a lot of interesting stuff. Knowledgeable, friendly staff too. Call ahead and maybe they'll know exactly where to find what you're looking for. Awesome place to kill a few hours looking for stuff you didn't know you couldn't live withput read more

Great place, very helpful, honest and fair to deal with. And easily the cleanest pawnshop I've ever seen! You don't feel the need to pour bleach over yourself after checking something out like at other places. read more

Rudy's has a nice vinyl section and often real good audio equipment whether for home listening or live performance. Great deals and genuine friendly service! We found some gems that we can't wait to play on the turntable! Good to great condition records for $10 and less (there were some more expensive but all were fairly priced) read more

I can't express the joy I get from shopping in a place like this. Every time I go I never leave empty handed because of the deals I get. Quality products some even brand new for prices that other places can't compete with. I have gotten a MacBook, iPad mini, a ps4 all for prices that are unbelievably reasonable. I never feel like I was robbed. There is nothing like the feeling of buying something you want at a price that doesn't make you feel robbed. I tell all my friends to check out rudy's. I live 30 miles away and I will gladly drive all the way every time I'm looking for something. This prices alone are worth a five star rating but on top of everything. The owner is the nicest pawn shop owner you will ever meet. The customer service is impeccable. They are genuinely happy to see you when you walk in the door. Take a minute and stop here. You won't regret it. read more

Great high quality items. More vinyl than a record store. Staff very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

I wish I had found Rudy's Exchange years ago,I would have saved some money. Rudy makes you fill at home.Always has a smile for you. I drove all the way from Sterling Hts.for his good deals.I will go back. read more

Went in to sell gold rings, got a more than fair price. The owner was kind, friendly, and didn't treat me like I was dumb (like the place I'd gone to right before his). Might seem silly but he uses 'Miss' to address women instead of 'Ma'am', which I've done for a long time, and it really does just set a better tone. Good guy. read more

This place is great! The customer service is very knowledgeable and friendly. I never walk out of there empty handed! They have a nice big selection of used vinyl records and they even have a turntable to test the record before you buy it. The prices are very fair and it's a great experience every time I shop there. Highly Recommended, FIVE STARS! read more

Rudy's has everything you will need to have a great weekend. Spend hours poring through the racks of DVD's, sell some gold, or pick up a guitar or drum set. Rudy's has a knowledgable sales staff and offers top dollar for your gently used merchandise. The store is well laid out and very clean and organized. The merchandise offered for sale is in excellent condition and it turns over frequently, so every time you visit expect to be surprised by something new. read more

Great shop with a nice revolving selection of vinyl. The guys running it were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the albums in stock. Definitely worth a stop. read more

The owner Rudy was extremely rude and arrogant EACH time I have been there. I will now no longer give them any of my business and feel he doesn't deserve business from anyone. He is extremely pompous and just a jerk to say the least. On top of that, my first time I went there I just lost my job and was in extreme financial trouble. I had to make my house payment before I found a new job. He took advantage of my desperation by scamming me on the price of my gold wedding band I had to sell. He seen that I was in a desperate situation because I told my story, which was my fault I just usually trust people too much. He gave me 50 dollars for a gold wedding band that I later found out from another pawn shop that the value of the ring was 1200 dollars. He is a slime ball in my opinion. read more

I stopped by last week to look at a Les Paul that they had advertised on Craigslist, and discovered they had more of everything in the place! Ended up buying the guitar and a case and I absolutely love the guitar! Super friendly staff, more vinyl records than I've seen in years, vintage electronics and more... really good deals on their stuff too! I'll probably buy my amp there in the near future. Great shop, I'll be back for sure! read more
