I left them with instructions that my earrings be cleaned. Upon returning (the second time) my earrings still had traces of this white material in the creases and folds. I had this experience about 8 years ago and the staff were off-putting and rude. At the time, I did not have access to Yelp. Where do I start. January 2 2023 we went to pay $5,500towards the total cost of the ring. We told them we wanted the ring done March 1st so they made a promise date that the ring would be done this time we were helped by MEECH. (The only other person who has taken any money from us or wrote up any receipt besides shoob back in may 2022) But before that sometime in December we went to pay on the ring and the ring was no where to be found took them awhile to find it. So fast forward to today April 11 2023 my husband went to pay off the ring and take it home and was told that 2 days after we paid the $5,500 payment we came in and switched out all of our down payment to a pendent. Which is NOT the case. They were trying to get us to pay $3,000 more to get the original ring (that is not done) then tried getting us to get a different ring that is NOTHING like the original. Also would not give any money back that we put down. So the lady who had been helping us found the ring and all the receipts saying that we exchanged the ring money for a pendent that was not her hand writing it was someone else's. you think they would be more concerned than they were and look into it instead of trying to make more money off you. So now have a ring that I originally did not want & paid more than the ring is worth. DO NOT RECOMMEND they clearly don't take business serious and the receipt they give you obviously mean nothing. This was definitely an inside job done by MEECH HIMSELF. They have cameras that they can see we never came in and switched my ring to a pendent and they will see it was him that did this. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANY MONEY WITH HUTCHES go to Golden sun jewlery! Hutches is a bunch of scammers. Mind you when my husband was in the store Meech avoid any type of eye contact with him because he knows the shady stuff he did. Video-is the ring I wanted with a square diamond and white gold. The ring I had to settle for because they wanted $3,000 more for my original ring. 1st photo Is the square diamond that I purchased in full to take it off the floor. 2nd photo is the original ring with the white gold band that all the diamonds were supposed to get placed into. Moral of the story DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Botched Watch Repair & Terrible Customer Service: TL/DR find…read morea different store if you are looking to have your watch repaired. In April I dropped my watch off here for repairs; the watch was running slow and the crown needed replacing. I was told that it would be ready in 3-4 weeks, which would allow me to retrieve my watch before I move out-of-state in June. However, the repair took longer than expected due to parts sourcing. While this was an understandable delay, I was not informed of any delays or repair updates; I had to continuously text and call the store asking for an ETA for the watch to be repaired. When I finally received the watch in July (two months after I had been told it would be ready), the watch was in a worse state than when I had dropped it off: the chronometer is offset by 2-3 seconds, the lower hand has fallen off of the face, and the self-winding mechanism is making scratching noises inside that watch that were not previously present. As I now live in Tennessee I contacted the store to ask for a refund: they refused without seeing the product (which I am unable to hand deliver and do not feel comfortable mailing them due to their poor customer service and botched previous repair) and told me "you have a warranty for this". For context, I've had this watch repaired multiple times over the years due to damage received while deployed or on exercise with the Marines; this is hands down the worst experience I've had with a repair shop.

The Greenfield Plaza houses a little bit of everything. Beauty salons, jewelry stores, barber shops, nail salons, boutiques and even cafes. The plaza is most crowded, of course, on the weekend. Not to the point were it's difficult to receive service but more so finding a close parking spot. While I do visit the other shops I highly recommend you visit the jewelry stores if you have the opportunity. Because most of them are on the same floor the competition makes for some great deals!
