I had to transfer my data from my old and expiring 3G phone and Dylan was professional and very patient working the transfer until it was completed. Darrius is awesome! He helped my boyfriend add me to my plan and patiently transferred my 14,000 texts to my new phone. He was able to help me decide between a Samsung and an iPhone, set everything up and made it easy on me. Went back a few months later to get a phone for my dad, just the most basic flip phone and he was great again. Not only did he remember me, but he printed the phone number on a little label maker which my dad really appreciated. He was also helpful when it came to cases, I chose a pelican case and loved it. The man can apply a screen protector like a boss. My boyfriend's sister and husband came there to get cases and he was great with them too. Thank you again for all your help! read more

After years of paying an arm & a leg for Verizon & Comcast, our Verizon store closed & we couldn't seem to get good customer service at any other location for some reason. So we looked to switch. We ended switching all of our devices (family of 5) & to direct tv. 1 bill, cheaper, same everything as before, close store with friendly service & super helpful. It did take forever for my new phone info to switch over (all my pics & everything) I hadn't backed my phone up in a long time, but that just meant I had time to get my nails done next door! I'd highly recommend this store & Erik & Molly who made our switch super easy! read more

DO NOT TRUST THE SALES PEOPLE AT THIS AT&T!!!!!' I have been trying to get AT&T to give me what was promised me (a company I have been with for 15 years), for the last 2 hours. All I get is "Hi Keith! We apologize for the confusion of your order......" CONFUSION!!! Sounds a lot like, "sorry you don't understand" no confusion here, 1."We'll ship your order. By October 2nd." Followed by 2."your order is ready to ship." (Email sent October 2nd.). 3. "AT&T will not bill your account, until your device is shipped.". 4. My bank account was billed (according to the sales person meant my device was shipped.). At this point, yesterday, I was convinced my order was shipped, which part of this am I confused about? I went in to get a new phone,that's it just get a new phone. The person working there said Bc I'm not the actt holder, it is my father,that she can't help me. Yet I can walk in to best buy and walk out with the phone I wanted no hassle at all. So I went to Best Buy and got my new phone no problem. This is the worst business I have ever had contact with. I have had service with them for over 10 years and all was fine until the 2 times I had issues with my phone. Buyer beware they are an un-authorized dealer. Which means the wont or cant fix your phone. First time was with Eric and he said I needed a new phone. Did an insurance claim and received my new phone and took it back to transfer data I was told that my phone had the service off. So now I had 2 phones and did not need to spend the extra money. Next time I was locked out and they sent me out saying it was not there phone. Between phone conversations and visiting at &t on Pontiac trail who are authorized my phone was fixed 8 hours later. The 4 employees of white lake just sat at the back table and did not even offer to help Eric fix my phone or even give advice on where to go. They were rude and to this day never heard back from the manager after trying to contact him. My business will go some where else. read more

the woman named stef doesn't know anything she is talking about. she said there was no SIM card in my phone and I showed it to her and she was all "uhh well uhh" and made an excuse. the manager is just as dumb, he was back and fourth with what he was saying and confused me and my mother more then anything. they changed the things and prices as well. don't trust this store! read more

I give this store a 0 star rating. I would highly suggest that you stay away from this store. They are fine when it comes to selling something. However, when it comes to resolving a problem with what was sold, they refuse to do anything. I purchased (and paid in full for) an iPhone 6 for $750. Three days later, I took it back in because the volume on a call was so low and the home button took 2 - 3 pushes to respond. The tech went through some functions and the volume seemed to be okay. He said that the home button issue was perfectly normal. A few calls later, the volume issue returned. The home button issues remain. Today, finally having a few moments to address the issues, I attempted to exchange for a new phone. Two staff members said that "according to their agreement with Apple, any resolution must be handled by Apple ". They are not allowed to replace items. Total lie! I called AT&T customer service and was told I have 14 days to get a new phone through the store. Customer service even called this store and was told this was day 15, so they were refusing to give me an exchange. Finally, Apple told me that the store should have exchanged the phone on my first visit. Under their agreement to sell Apple products, they are to replace defective items in 14 days. My suggestion is do NOT buy anything from this store!!! read more

Our family business has been working with this location since they first opened several years ago. We have approximately 20-30 iPhones and iPads deployed. Their team is very knowledgeable and well trained. They continually monitor our account to ensure our usage matches the correct service plan so we're not spending money needlessly. Everyone has always been polite and professional. There have been very few times when we've had to wait for service. However, there have been a few times when it takes awhile to work through and resolve an issue with a device(s). Through it all their team works diligently together to bring you the correct solution as quickly as possible. There are also times when they've directed us to go to the Apple Store in Novi to better resolve an equipment warranty issue. I highly recommended finding a representative to work with and coordinate store visits when that person is working. Building this relationship will help guarantee personalized service. However, I have to admit that when we need assitance and our preferred rep isn't available the service is still very good, if not seamless. We've worked through many issues, upgrades, and special requests with the White Lake, Michigan team over the years. I highly recommended you choose this store for all of your mobile communication and computing needs whether you need 1 device or 50. On the rare day where it may take longer than usual to resolve your request please give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient. We all have days like that and I guarantee you'll be very happy in the long run. read more
