Let me start off by saying that I have never enjoyed the process of purchasing a cell phone. Until recently I had Verizon as a provider and was rarely satisfied with their rates and customer service. After a ton of research, I decided to give T-Mobile a try . After reading many location reviews, I decided to visit this convenient Great Lakes Crossing location while shopping. Overall I was incredibly pleased with the store and staff. I was never pressured into buying unnecessary accessories or felt like I was being "up sold." As a customer of Sprint, I was beyond frustrated with the poor service quality and confusing billing. However, all my frustrations disappeared when the folks at this T-Mobile store came into my life. Aside from setting me up with an extremely affordable plan, I got the newest iPhone for less per month than I was paying with Sprint! The staff was really knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell that they really strive to understand where their customers are coming from and want to help find them the best phone and plan fit for their lifestyle. If the site would allow me to give this T-Mobile location a 10 starts verses 5, I definitely would. I have been a Sprint customer since 1998 and had two lines through them. The service was a OK but continued to stay. In December of 2015, we decided to add an additional like for a family member. The Sprint sales person has made it sound great, indicating that we will pay even less by adding another line and our services will continue the same "unlimited data". After receiving our first bill, we realized that not only did that additional line coasted us $100 more per month but we are not sharing 10g for lines. I have made several attempts to talk to Sprint and hoping that after a "loyal customer since 1998" (exactly Sprints words every time I called), that they will work with us and will provide us with better monthly package. Unfortunately, I was wrong and a Sprint representative told me point blank, I can switch to a different carrier. After doing research, we have visited T-Mobile location in Great Lakes and made the switch. What am amazing group of people. Dmitry made our transition very smooth and pleasant. Not only, did we ended up getting new phones and cheaper monthly rate with more data use, but he was able to reimburse Sprint for the phones we had and early termination fee. I wish more people would be as pleasant as Dmitry was. So, if you are looking for a great carrier, with better monthly rate, look no further because T-Mobile in Great Lakes is the there to help! read more

Be careful in this store. They do not tell you all the details. Sales rep# 3695900 snaked me on something that was way out of my budget. I didnt realize until after it was too late, that i was paying monthly on a item that i would have never purchased. My intent was to lower my bill, and I JUMPed to a cheaper/older phone. Now im stuck paying off this $150 headset. read more
