Do not go this Sunglasses Hut within the Macy's at the Genessee Valley Mall, as the Manager Makiah is rude and unprofessional. I simply wanted to make an exchange for another pair of sunglasses, which were purchased at the Sunglass Hut in Birch Run. Makiah said that she was unable to make the exchange considering the Sunglass Hut is a part of Macy's payroll system, as well as the sunglasses being purchased at the Birch Run location. I told her respectfully that what she said didn't make sense, and her snooty response was "well, I'm sorry if it doesn't make sense." Then I asked to speak with her superior in a calm demeanor, as I didn't like her attitude and unprofessionalism, and she was taken aback. In a domineering fashion, she put her name tag on her shirt and said "I'm the manager." Long story short, do not go to this location. She will not help you. I've made my peace.

Called Friday and spoke with Sara on the phone and she was super nice and asked if I came in with exact change can I pay cash. She gave me the price and I said I'm coming in. Sara was super friendly even helped me with my change pouch that got stuck. She was super personable and friendly. Almost like a best friend type person.
