The doctors that have done my eye exams. The previous two years were incredible. But the staff is rude including management and I'm tired of dealing with it. They've told me that I needed to bring a pair of glasses in when the only person they had their that does the lenses was available had gone in multiple times when they told me that person would be there to find that that person was not there. Attitude anytime there's an issue with the glasses that are supposed to be covered under the warranty. Eye rolls, whispering, lack of anyone acknowledging your existence when you walk through the door. Women who call to confirm appointments and that answer when you call with questions all have attitudes. They don't like their jobs and all of them should be replaced, including the managers. The managers have the same attitude and also allow us to continue with the staff.
