We never experienced lines more than 2-3 minutes for any game, even though we were there on prime time (Saturday afternoon). My chicken wings and my son's burger (we had late lunch plans elsewhere but abandoned them so he could get more use of the unlimited game card) were both excellent - FAR better than I expected from a video game place. I loved the Buffalo and Spicy Korean sauces. The fries were salty - but that's okay by me. I don't order French fries as a health food. Top-notch service and a polite waiter who hooked us up with drink refills even after we had left and finished our meal and been playing for another hour. The place is clean and well-maintained, despite some rowdy customers stealing the dodgeballs and basketballs and throwing them at each other. The meh: The pricing and coupon systems there seem intentionally difficult to navigate so you can't actually get discounts. I have a high school football fundraiser card that says buy $20 get $20 but it wasn't clear how to use it, and once explained it seemed like a worse deal than what I could get at the kiosk. It also wasn't super clear that to get the "dine and play" special, you have to buy it at the same time you buy your card. HOWEVER - the manager was super gracious and still gave me a discount on one of my entrees.

The human claw machine looked pretty cool but paying an additional $20, didn't seem like a great deal. After using up our card, we went over to redeem some tickets. I get why they have all the prizes/ tickets needed mixed in, but wish it went in some kind of order from the least to most amount of tickets needed. Plus, I got a chance to win against my husband a couple of times. ;) he always beat me in everything.
