Came here for their New Years Eve Family Friendly Event. We got the bowling package inside the event suite. The place was clean, Family friendly, and fun! We really enjoyed our time. After bowling and pizza and a sparking juice toast, the kids played in the arcade. We all enjoyed our evening here.

I came here the other day and was pleasantly surprised by it as I haven't been bowling in this area in awhile. This place really has it all- an arcade, a bar, laser tag and bowling. I can only speak for the bowling portion but the lanes are clean, they are wiping down the balls constantly with the Coronavirus going around and always have an attendant nearby happy to help with questions. This place has a lot of bowling lanes and the setup is very easy to play a few games and listen to good music too (they have some music videos they play on a screen in the bowling alley). The prices seem fair and the bowling shoes were also very clean. I would definitely come back!

Visit for Laser Tag was during bowling league season. Short staffed for laser tag. Played arcade games while waiting for staff to show up to assist us. Staff was cordial and had nice smile and worked with us during Laser tag for those who don't understand how to play the game. Lol. All in all we had fun and purchased meals which turned out good as well. Staffers brought meals to our table of 16. We had a good time. Saved our game cards for another visit soon

Me at my iPad and computer video phone at home I'm deaf

Very good service at counter and food service bathroom always clean and sometimes I have to let them know if they have a wet spot in counter next to sink or toilet area but service is good overall .

First time visiting here and it won't be the last! We went on a Saturday around 7pm with a few friends, the lanes are by the hour on the weekends. We were able to get a lane right away with no wait and the lady at the check in was kind enough to hold off booking the lane next to us so that I could have time for my remaining guest to arrive. The alley is nice and clean, the restrooms were very clean and the staff comes by regularly to clean up areas. The was really good, when you order they bring it out to you. The arcade is nice and there is laser tag(we didn't get to try it out but next I will). They have a full bar and they had a $4 special drink that was pretty good.

Had a ball at a family bowing birthday party. It had been years since I bowled and I had an amazing time! Definitely will be back!

Place is good but extremely rigid. No birthday parties over the week days. They don't allow any outside cake to be cut there as well.

Visited D&B for a "Daddy Son party day" with my kids on two separate weekends…read more The good: The games are super fun, and there's a huge variety for all ages. We never experienced lines more than 2-3 minutes for any game, even though we were there on prime time (Saturday afternoon). My chicken wings and my son's burger (we had late lunch plans elsewhere but abandoned them so he could get more use of the unlimited game card) were both excellent - FAR better than I expected from a video game place. I loved the Buffalo and Spicy Korean sauces. The fries were salty - but that's okay by me. I don't order French fries as a health food. Top-notch service and a polite waiter who hooked us up with drink refills even after we had left and finished our meal and been playing for another hour. The place is clean and well-maintained, despite some rowdy customers stealing the dodgeballs and basketballs and throwing them at each other. The meh: The pricing and coupon systems there seem intentionally difficult to navigate so you can't actually get discounts. I have a high school football fundraiser card that says buy $20 get $20 but it wasn't clear how to use it, and once explained it seemed like a worse deal than what I could get at the kiosk. It also wasn't super clear that to get the "dine and play" special, you have to buy it at the same time you buy your card. HOWEVER - the manager was super gracious and still gave me a discount on one of my entrees.

We came here on a Saturday night and to be expected, it was pretty busy. Getting our cards were…read morepretty easy and a smooth process. Like others have mentioned, this is a smaller D&B and I was very happy not to walk into the place with a bad odor (I've read past post that have mentioned noticing a sewer like smell). There were plenty of games to choose from but as the night went on, we noticed a lot of machines either being out of order or wasn't working correctly (balls in some of the games weren't being returned despite there being plenty of time left. The human claw machine looked pretty cool but paying an additional $20, didn't seem like a great deal. After using up our card, we went over to redeem some tickets. I get why they have all the prizes/ tickets needed mixed in, but wish it went in some kind of order from the least to most amount of tickets needed. Overall, an okay experience that is definitely better for adults.

Not overcrowded like some other indoor playgrounds. I feel very safe letting my 4 year old play freely inside. Not as big as kids empire but location and simplicity makes up for it. Especially good for younger kids. You can find your kid easily while sitting in the cafe. Would recommend!

Update: The owner…read morereached out and apologized, explained and offered us a refund. I appreciate the customer service, so i updated my stars. I am keeping the write up so that customers understand the pricing for the game cards. -------------- We purchased a game card. I asked the woman working about the options. She told us that for $10, you get a game card for 40 coins, or for $25 you get an unlimited game card. My kids quickly went through the "unlimited" game card. When I questioned this, she said well, it's not actually unlimited, it was 140 coins and typically kids do not use the full card, so it usually is unlimited. This is not okay. You cannot sell something under the guise of being unlimited just because it isn't usually fully used. By definition, that is not unlimited. I would not have paid $25 for 5 minutes of play. The pricing is not listed anywhere in the store or online, so you are forced to believe the employees word. I had no reason to question what she was telling me. At the time of purchase, I asked and then repeated that the $25 card was unlimited, and was told it was. And it most definitely was not. I am incredibly disappointed.

Expensive for those low on budget but if the parents are loaded then their kids can celebrate their…read morebirthdays here. Ideal place also for companies with a race themed team building event. On standby- plenty of electric powered karts, virtual reality experience and racing sims suited for any age. Better to book exclusively so everyone can enjoy the actual kart racing. But on any given day, you may have to wait your turn as other groups go ahead and finish driving around the track. We were told that each race is 6 long. In reality, the safety orientation/instruction before the race takes longer than driving around the tracks. Then more time is spent on putting the helmet, neck pads and what number is your kart. There was no music to set up the mood. One can sense the strong distinct smell of rubber tires. It made me nauseous. High chairs and cocktail tables are meant for the racers in waiting, while the rest is meant for the guests to sit down, have a snack or chat. Refreshments and meals are available to order. Can you bring your own cake? It seems not to be not a problem for one group that came in today with a cake box and balloons. If you want to try out VR games, it's best time to experience it here together because they can accommodate 4 players at a time. Racing sims has its own space. If I'm not mistaken, there was an employee that resembles a bouncer in a club - that checks who comes in and out of the dark room. Large tv screen, seats that move and actual size steering wheels - no helmets needed. We knew this park had been here for years and today was the first time for us to finally come inside and figure out what's happening. In my observation, the kart tracks would have been bigger and longer, music and sounds related to races would have been perfect. The sound system could have been better if I understood what the guys were announcing - the speaker was inaudible. Anyways, the staff seem to love what they are doing..very knowledgeable and helpful.

Honestly, in my experience, this place was a waste of money. I only did two race out of 3, and…read moreoverall, it was really boring. It's definitely not worth the price. You'd honestly have way more fun at the Chuck E. Cheese next door and I'm being completely serious. Just my honest Gen Z opinion.
