The error code.
B W.

I am from out of state here visiting my nieces. We woke up and decided we would go here to have a girls day. When we got there we found out that they only accept cash. Luckily though they have an ATM on the premises. We had to ask them to turn on the ATM so we could use it. We did the transaction and at the end it came up with an error code and no money came out. We asked the attendant Nichole for assistance. She was so friendly and tried to figure out what had happened. She called the general manager Bob for assistance. He told her to turn it off and back on. She followed his instructions and still we did not receive our $80. She called and asked if he could come down and help. When he got there we tried to explain what happened and he basically accused us of lying. He said there is no way it would have completed the transaction without giving us money. I pulled up on my phone my online Bank of America account that clearly showed they took $82.00. He said "I don't care what your bank account shows." He said it's a new machine and wouldn't have messed up. We explained again what happened. We took a picture of the machine when it gave us the error code and still he wanted nothing to do with our explanations. After awhile he said he would go count the money that was in the machine to see if it came out as the same amount he opened with that morning. I said of course it would because "WE DIDN'T RECEIVE THE MONEY!!" (Mind you I did stay calm the whole time. I sent my wife and nieces outside so they wouldn't start screaming at him.) After about 10 mins he came back (with $80 cash in his hand) and said the money was the same as it was when he opened it saying there was not a $80 transaction. I calmly said so the fact that it shows your business took $82 from me doesn't matter to you? He said the machine couldn't be wrong. He said he talked to the owner of the ATM and they said if I can show them a bank statement saying they took the money he would give me the $80 (that he held up in his hand). I said that I had been showing him my bank statement. I logged out in front of him and logged back in and it still showed the $82 was taken. He said they would need a printed copy. Soooooo I calmly left and went out to the car where my wife was trying to calm down my nieces and we drove 15 mins down the road to a BOA branch and had them print out the same thing I had been showing him all along. We drove back to the place and I walked in and the nice girl Nichole said she saw me walking up on the cameras and had already called Bob to come back. I waited about 10 mins for him to come back down. I handed him the paper copy and he took 2 seconds to look at it and said "Wow that's so weird. It's a new machine and it shouldn't mess up." He then had to walk away AGAIN to get my $80 not my $82, just $80. He became very friendly then and asked if we would be staying and playing a round of golf. I just looked at him and said we would not be staying. He offered 1 free game if we stayed since it took so long to work this out. I couldn't believe that now this man was trying to provide customer service. We left and drove 30 mins away and went to Sport Way of Westland. Our day wasn't ruined by one awful person we made the best of the day together.

They did not have: Spaghetti or Cheese Bread put out on the buffet and when I checked the buffet an hour later, Those food items was still not out there. (Misleading advertising). Every table had signs on them that " 2 Hour Limit on the Buffet, Buffet is over once you leave the building, No sharing or you'll be charged. I'm 34 years old and have been coming here all my life. I don't live in town anymore, but recently visited some family and went here with my niece. This place hasn't changed at all over the years. This is the plainest mini golf course you could play on - completely flat, no moving water, no pretty scenery, etc. This place is nostalgic for me, which is why I chose here vs. Paradise Park in Novi but for sure there are more exciting upgraded places out there!

The pizza was very good!!!! I would've shown you the pepperoni but we killed it!!!!

We were getting our putters and balls when the music caught my attention. It was the most disgusting music with the foulest language talking as you can guess about having s*x. So here I am with my wife and two children trying to play putt put but instead receiving a lesson on anatomy and foul language. I know things happen but this should not ever happen in a venue designed for children. Of course I requested the music be changed or I would like a refund. There was no apology or let us make it right just an excuse of we use a playlist. Likely will not return to this venue. Would rather drive further for a better experience.

The first thing you'll notice is that they updated the exterior of the building and it's pretty tastefully done. But then you go inside and you wonder if the interior designer was a kindergartner. It looks terrible and cheap. I was there on a Groupon for go karts. Walking out to the track there were multiple items that you can tell were purchased/there for another revenue stream. Bounce house and trampoline trailer. It felt like a throw money at a few things but not execute anything well and hope to make money kind of operation. Once I made it to the go karts, it struck me that there were no go karts running on the track but there was a line of around 20 or so people. The grass hadn't been mowed anywhere and weeds were growing through and over the concrete everywhere. So the line was there and so was I. For an hour. I stood in line for almost an hour while the track was empty. Once the line started moving, an hour in, there was a group of kids in line that weren't the height and probably not the age of the sign presumably left by the previous owners of the business as a rule to go on the ride. The operator let them ride ahead of me. Thankfully. The kids were hitting each other, the sides, out of their seat belts, and other shenanigans. Of course they did. They were kids allowed to ride go karts alone. It's on the operator to enforce. Not the kids to do right. The kicker for me was the guy on the side welding something in the wide open with no cover or shade from customers looking at him work (very bad). I can't see going here ever again. Even with the Groupon I felt robbed. Terrible experience really. I saw one kid employee trying his best and realizing the situation for what it was in frustration. I felt for him. As bad as it was for customers I can only imagine how exponentially worse it was to be a non-family member employee. 0/10 would not recommend

On standby- plenty of electric powered karts, virtual reality experience and racing sims suited for any age. Better to book exclusively so everyone can enjoy the actual kart racing. But on any given day, you may have to wait your turn as other groups go ahead and finish driving around the track. We were told that each race is 6 long. In reality, the safety orientation/instruction before the race takes longer than driving around the tracks. Then more time is spent on putting the helmet, neck pads and what number is your kart. There was no music to set up the mood. One can sense the strong distinct smell of rubber tires. It made me nauseous. High chairs and cocktail tables are meant for the racers in waiting, while the rest is meant for the guests to sit down, have a snack or chat. Refreshments and meals are available to order. Can you bring your own cake? It seems not to be not a problem for one group that came in today with a cake box and balloons. If you want to try out VR games, it's best time to experience it here together because they can accommodate 4 players at a time. Racing sims has its own space. If I'm not mistaken, there was an employee that resembles a bouncer in a club - that checks who comes in and out of the dark room. Large tv screen, seats that move and actual size steering wheels - no helmets needed. We knew this park had been here for years and today was the first time for us to finally come inside and figure out what's happening. In my observation, the kart tracks would have been bigger and longer, music and sounds related to races would have been perfect. The sound system could have been better if I understood what the guys were announcing - the speaker was inaudible. Anyways, the staff seem to love what they are doing..very knowledgeable and helpful.
