This is a review for the Canton location as I see there is other reviews for the Clawson location. Very clean and overall fun indoor playground. It was just the perfect day! Beautiful sunshine and blue skies made the experience so memorable. My 2 sons, daughter in law and I walked the trails which led to unexpected beautiful views! We spent a couple of hours alone, amid the boulder park searching for beautiful rocks on our way out. Sat at a nearby picnic table and birds watched for a while as well. We spotted so many different kinds of birds even a parakeet! We'll definitely be going back, especially since some of the areas were closed off due to construction. While I prefer this location to its Clawson one, it is kind of wild in here if you go when it is busy or peak. It is not a bad place...definitely aesthetically pleasing and there is a variety of things to do for kids of all ages. And while this is not a dealbreaker for me as a parent, there really isn't any staff walking around monitoring or checking the further in play areas (well, on the day I was there at least). Some kids are just not kind to the property or to other kids (yes, i know this is more on the parents to better supervise their kids than the staff)...the spin seat thing was literally peeling off and some kids were just gnawing at it and licking it lol. But again, not a dealbreaker as kids will be kids. Just overall, I think it's a great play place but maybe a little more supervision on both the staff and parents would make it an even better space for everyone. read more

We brought my almost 3 year old granddaughter here to play. She definitely had a good time, but at her age you have to stay with your toddler. There are older kids running around - and we saved her from getting mowed down a few times. But - it is a play place so you would expect kids running around. You can't just turn a toddler loose and expect them to manage on their own. There is a 'toddler' area, but it was pretty lame, she wanted to be out with the trampolines, slides and tunnels. It's not super big so it does get pretty crowded and congested, I'm not sure what their kid limit is, but it felt like it couldn't hold any more kids when we were there. 1 or 2 hours is probably enough time for the kids, it wasn't real expensive, $15 for her, an extra $5 for each adult. Wow, this was just 5 minutes away from our hotel. It was amazing perfect for our little ones to burn off some energy after the zoo. Admission is $20 for kid with parent. $5 add on parent. The ball pit was gigantic and had a couple of trampolines. There was gerbil wheel and also merry go around that was automated at slow speed. Plus, there was interactive wall with video games and also basketball hoop arcade game. Back corner had a grocery shop with cart. read more

Parking sucks a lot as they share another parking lot with other businesses and there are posted signs. 2 hours limited play when you check in. Shoes off. There are shoe cubbies and coat racks. Area for table seating. Food? Not much. At the current moment, I do not see any fresh popcorn in the popcorn machine. There are lots of ice cream in the freezer and chip bags with some drinks along the back wall. A very sad collection. It seems like you can bring in outside food. There's a "sand" box which are small plastic pieces that is comparable to sand. This is neat. There is also a small merry go around, hamster wheel, and spinning jungle gym. Basketball off to the right side between the two private party rooms. An interactive big screen on the left in the pitball area. Some slides and crawl space stuff. Brought my son here to play for the first time when they opened and again most recently about a week ago and it's started off super cute! Our most recent visit looks like a lot of wear and tear on most items I was actually shocked to see how quickly that happened. Tons of things taped with duct tape and the mats for one of the slides is totally beat up. The little machine that you put balls in to watch them fly was broken and no air was pushing up the balls. My son is still so little he didn't mind at all but just something to keep in mind. He had a lot of fun but the place is pretty beat up and almost girly. Dino land and kids empire will be our local play place but this was cute in the beginning! read more

If I could leave 10 stars I would. The second we walked in my daughter couldn't stop smiling. Admission was less then $10 and we spent hours there. Just a fun safe place to hang out with toddlers. They do sell drink and food but we didn't get any. If you need a fun place to kill a few hours and have your kid hang out with other children their age, this is an excellent option. read more

It's only been open for a few months but already most things are broken or worn out. Staff doesn't really check to make sure kids aren't using equipment incorrectly. I was drawn to this place for my 3 year old because the entire place seemed to be aimed at toddler play but there was 10-12 year old kids plowing down babies. If you're going to allow older kids then you need to have a designated toddler area. Everything was dirty. I'm excited to see what virus comes from this since it clear cleaning doesn't happen often. I guarantee a kid will die here and that is the only way this place will be shut down. The whole thing is a horrible idea and the city should be ashamed for approving this and TB Play should be ashamed for running a business like this. It's ruining our community. Inconsiderate company, charging customers to valet then parks their car on OUR free public roads that the residents of the community pay taxes for. The customers don't want to pay so they park all over our neighborhood and don't watch their children. Multiple neighbors of mine have witnessed or been a part of a kid almost getting run over right on the corner. What a disgusting place. read more

The service here was poor . The manager was very rude to my family . (older lady with red hair) . They gave my niece birthday room away the day of her party and told her as she arrived she can take the smaller room or cancel her party. They showed no sympathy at all. The price is outrageous almost 70$ for 4 kids and 1 adult terrible food the workers hate there lives and make you feel so uncomfortable... The moms just sit in the food court area while there kids beat on other kids . My 3 year old took off his socks and lost them we where already there for maybe 3 hours and they wanted me to buy socks like maybe offer me pair ?!?! lol and they took out the silicon beads from the play area and told me it was because parents where complaining of there younger kids getting hurt by the beads that was the best part of going here and honestly If your kid is too young for the beads then don't take them there that's common sense i'm just annoyed at this point ... don't know if i'll ever go back read more

Awesome place for kids, knocking a star for cleanliness around the food area. If people are required to be in their socks, and they're going back and forth with their kids the likelihood that you're going to get crumbs or something a kid spilled on the floor in your feet is high even if you are walking to go get your shoes to put them on. read more

An absolutely amazing place with so many developmentally appropriate and sensory filled activities. I would HIGHLY recommend this place as someone who has worked with children for over a decade and studies developmental sciences. I'm shocked to see any negative reviews for this place. As long as you are keeping an eye on your child, this place is an incredible learning environment that is great for getting your energy out - I've seen nothing unsafe whatsoever besides when adults are not enforcing the safety rules with their own children. I held my grand son's first birthday party there on 2/24/24. To start off we were racially profiled from this older lady who later stated that she was the General Manager (whatever that is) but as soon as my daughter arrived she was told that the larger room she paid for/requested was given out to another customer because they arrived first. Next, as our guest started to arrive we obviously couldn't fit everyone into this jail cell of a room so our guest began to sit outside of the room, not blocking the aisle way but this older lady kept coming to our party stating "oh you guys can't be outside of your party room" then constantly looking through the glass of our party room. My grandson received a power wheel jeep as a gift & this lady had the nerve to walk by & kick the box , then stared "this either has to go or be moved into the room" Now I held my composure as a black American woman but one thing you will not do is disrespect my family/culture or me ! Upon exiting this facility my daughter went to pay her final bill & this racist as lady had the nerve to say, I need to make sure the bill is paid. Now this is where I let her have it, professionally of course & just like a racist she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. Your a dam racist & if this establishment hires people like this, then all BLACK AMERICANS should boycott this establishment in CLawson, Michigan. read more
