Play-X-Scape was the perfect celebration location for my favorite three-year-old this year. The birthday party was a big hit with the adults and children. The ages in attendance were 10-months-old to 84-years-old. Hands down the best feature of this venue is that when you book your party you have the entire run of the place for you and your guests. This was the best! They have lockers in the lobby for everyone to remove their shoes to keep the floor clean that children may be crawling or playing on. Grip socks are required to be worn and are also available for purchase. There are various play areas and activities for the children. There is a large playscape in the center of the room complete with a slide. Play areas include a kitchen, store, diner, animal hospital, puppetry, coloring, legos, blocks, yard size connect four, climbing walls, swings and basketball hoop. Some children did not want to leave!!! Play-X-Scape also has a birthday party room for eating pizza, snacks and cupcakes. Our party was setup for 10 children. It was completely decorated with an animal theme of Young, Wild and Three as part of the booking. The pizza was provided by YaYa's Pizza next door. Ironically we had more adults than children at the party. There are four tables with chairs for adults to sit plus a bench inside of the door. I wish we had brought some games for the adults to play during the 3-hr party. This venue also has open play hours for a place to take your children to explore for $12. Different levels of party packages are also available.

Hi there. Just wanted to give a shout out to Marissa…read more I had friends waiting outside yesterday, helping me carry gifts and leftover decor, etc. from the birthday party we had for my 5yr old son... So, my husband took care of the bill and all, but I didn't get to give a review and I just wanted to say, "Thank you" to Marissa and the whole team at Bounce It Up. She did a great job hosting and we were so very pleased with the whole event and the way things went. When we arrived, we carried our stuff back to the big party room on the right side and then I took my kids to use the restroom... When I got out, Marissa and my husband were already setting everything up and I loved how she knew what she was doing and took initiative to get the job done. I was nervous about having only 15 minutes to set up before our guests arrived (I asked them to come at 10:45am to avoid waiver signing delays, etc.), but the whole room was set up and looked fantastic for the party! I also wanted to mention that every time I called with questions prior to the party, (which was about 4-5x's), everyone I spoke with was so helpful and they always encouraged me to call back with any questions I had. I just felt like this party could not have gone any better, really... and I'm so grateful to all the staff at Bounce It Up for truly helping us to make my son's birthday so special for him. We will definitely recommend you to others!! Ps: We didn't order from your middle eastern vendor this time, so I'm sad not to have tried out their food... but the pizza, subs and salad from the other vendors were great! All the guests were asking where the food came from. So, thank you, again!! Blessings, CD

Sometimes you stumble across a place on vacation that feels like pure magic, and this was exactly…read morethat for us. This absolutely stunning three-story treehouse playground was one of the highlights of our trip. The moment we walked in, I felt like we had hit the jackpot. The photos online don't do it justice--it's even more magical inside. From the beautiful chandeliers to the grand seating areas, hot food. Truly every detail feels thoughtfully designed and inviting. The playground itself is perfect for kids around 10 and under, with a separate area for smaller children to play safely. My son had an absolute blast exploring every level, climbing, playing, and burning off energy while I was able to relax comfortably nearby. I was also impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The gift shop was charming and organized, and the entire space felt welcoming and cared for. It would be an incredible spot for a birthday party, family gathering, or simply a fun afternoon of play. Beautiful, unique, clean, and incredibly fun--this place exceeded every expectation. If you're in the area, don't miss it. 10/10

Have been here a handful of times since the Summer of 2020 and have always had a good experience,…read moreso I decided to have my son's first birthday party here September 2021. The staff member with us (Sophia) was helpful and was frequently asking what I needed help with. She helped us set up and take down as well. The decorations were all set up upon our arrival. They had balloons and tablecloths set up for us. The only thing I brought related to decor was a backdrop and "happy birthday" sign for the dessert table. Also brought our desserts and food. The party room was clean and all of our guests complimented how well kept the farm was. There was a high chair for the birthday boy and 6 larger tables for the guests (there were a bunch more outdoors as well but all of our guests ate in the party room). I appreciated having the entire farm and party room to ourselves. All of the kids enjoyed their play time in the yard (a bunch of toys, some ride on car/roller coasters, sand area, and more out there to keep them busy) in addition to the petting farm itself. They also enjoyed riding the horse. I would recommend some rain boots if you're coming after heavy rain. It gets muddy on the farm. The only downside was that I had to bring literally everything needed along with us such as plates, silverware, napkins, a knife and spatula and lighter for the cake (just some examples).... It would be awesome if some of those things were provided by Carousel Acres but it was no big deal since I knew in advance. This still didn't take away from the experience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for others! I would definitely have another party here again.

Sheryl was so sweet and meant to do this, she truly cared that we had a good time. The party barn was perfect and it was nice to have the tables and centerpieces ready to go. Unfortunately, The owner, Tammy, is very frustrating to work with. She is very short with you, and pushes parties through so much so that you get only 15 min to set up all of your food and personal decorations. While they do help you, it makes it very stressful to be setting up that quickly as guests come in. Most places give 1hr but even 30 minutes would be better. If you come a minute earlier, she's upset. We had guests arrive early and waited outside of the barn respectfully and watched our children while we set up, they were yelled at for arriving early. My mother arrived 30 min before the party with my son because she came from soccer with him. The previous party had already left so she asked to drop the drinks off to get them out of her car and make room for myself and husband. She was yelled at for "asking for special treatment". We had 10 kids and about half of them decided not to ride the ponies because they were scared, they let my son ride a second time but wouldn't let my cousin because it's a strict one ride per kid even if there is more time and not everyone rides. They can accommodate up to 22 kids per their website and communications. I can appreciate it is a business and they have to make their money but that didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. My daughter had a beautiful 1st bday party. Thankfully, she didn't notice the stress and enjoyed her day. I wish the owner was more welcoming, less pushy and cared more about her customers, not just their money. If she did we would be back in a heart beat. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be back because i have sour taste in my mouth. It's a shame because this place really is perfect for the kids.
