This place has such potential with all of the space they have.. Unfortunately, it's VERY dated inside and needs a face lift badly. You can tell the owners have been on "auto-pilot" for at least 15 years. Furniture is old, ripped and stained. Cobwebs in most corners. The worst part, in my personal opinion, is the terrible music. It's like listening to a "soft rock" radio station in 1995. It's bad. The food is decent for a kids play place. Lots of options. Maybe slightly overpriced though.

This place is okay if you need to let your kids burn off some energy. They do offer snacks in case you're hungry as well as coffee (which is very convenient should you get tired). The play area for the youngest kids leaves much to be desired, but the area that includes the stairs and slides are pretty neat. It doesn't feel as open/spacious as I would like, especially when you have a child that isn't old enough to listen and just runs everywhere. Staff was nice during this visit.

This was my first time visiting Jungle Java. I was babysitting my friend's 5 year old daughter. I had no idea what to expect and really don't have anything to compare it to. She seemed to enjoy herself but it was short lived. We were only there 30 mins before she was ready to go. $10 for one child isn't bad if they spend some time. But taking more than one child would be costly. I didn't go in the play structures but the kids seemed to be having fun. I can only imagine all the germs though. There is food available and I saw someone who had a large pretzel so I checked out the price. $3.50 - really!!! Way too much. I really didn't pay attention to the other prices. The place was very busy so families must like it. As someone without children it's hard for me to judge.

Took son here on yesterday for an evening diversion. Was $10 to get him in (I was free). We used the women's restroom because my son didn't want to go potty alone. Facilities were clean. Son took off to play (bring your own socks or they will make you buy a pair) and had an absolute blast, drenched in sweat. Sat too close to the men's bathroom, and could smell the urinals. Got a peanut butter and jelly (grape) sandwich with milk and chips for kiddo, and I got a turkey and provolone on pretzel roll for me. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was about $10 for our food, so for a total of about $20 my son and I had a pretty good time. Free WiFi as well! I would rate this place higher, but the urinal smell was prevalent throughout the facility and smelling urine the whole time was a mood killer for me. My son had a really good time, though.

This place needs a deep cleaning and it was the same a few months ago. I see a lot of people talk about that in which I shared photos too. The boards the kids walk on some are not stable and move or the wood is exposed because the material is SO ripped. It's an allergy kids worst nightmare with the amount of dust they could easily clean around here. Pros: It's only $8 to get in and they do have a small play area for kids 3 and under. They do have a larger menu then most play places. There is a lot of slides and places to play which is nice. They do host birthday parties here but I would be embarrassed how dirty it is to have one here.

You…read moremay feel instantly overwhelmed if you're not prepared to see running, screaming kids as soon as you walk in. They did a fabulous job with organizing and orchestrating her birthday party. Super easy process and it didn't break the bank. She had a cool wristband that looked like Disney magic band for the games. Others got a key card that went around their wrist. Cake, pizza, ice cream/dip N dots, and drinks all provided. She had a BLAST! Games didn't appear broken down. The place was cleanly. The food tasted great. And it looked like the employees wanted to be here. I will make some suggestions: 1) the front door needs a bit more security. I walked through the door with a birthday gift and was allowed right in; no questions asked. Not even a hello really...just a smile. However, my husband came in after parking the car and was stopped. In this day & age, I don't think there should be any assumptions. There should be a hostess-type person who asks every single person what they're here for and some sort of guest list. 2) more space! I know this location has been here since I was a kid. But it was as if we were sitting on top of people and constantly bumping into machines. Tables were super close together to allow more parties to be hosted at one time. I think more room would be better

We booked my daughter's second birthday here. We did 11-1pm time on a Sunday great day to do it…read moresince it was not packed. The unlimited play is an awesome deal for the kids they love it. The party comes with pizza but you have to add more if you have adults and we did the large boneless wings platters. Abbie was friendly that was helping our party. If you do the more expensive package they provide dipping dots, ticket blaster, they get to see chuckie cheeses, and get goodie bags. My daughter enjoyed it. I would recommend bringing your own cake and cupcakes we ended up doing that and getting from Sam's club which worked out well paired with what you get from party. Nice they take care of the decor and set up/clean up. We had some baby shark / 2 year old balloons we added and I would recommend bringing some balloons as well.

Brought the kids to meet up with some friends, left wondering if I needed a tetanus shot…read more First of all, it's wildly overpriced for what is essentially jumping on trampolines that look like they've seen some things. Like... war things. The place was noticeably dirty, trash everywhere, cups on the floor, food containers and that mysterious sticky feeling no one wants to think too hard about. Staffing wise, it appears to be run by exactly two teenagers who looked like they were summoned mid-Snapchat and given a whistle. I'm not sure who was supervising who, but it definitely wasn't an adult. And the bathrooms? An adventure. Two out of three stalls were out of toilet paper, which feels like a bold choice for a place full of kids and parents who paid way too much to be there. For the amount of money we paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and maybe one employee old enough to rent a car. The kids had fun (because of course they did), but at these prices I'd rather just give them Red Bull and let them run in the yard. Would I come back? Only if I win the lottery and bring my own cleaning supplies.
