Today I hosted my nephew's 6th birthday party with 15 of his closest friends and family. The hostess, Cameron was so fun! She kept all of the kids entertained the entire time. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming! I have to say going here brought back some childhood nostalgia. They offer rewards when you sign up for their texting program and they offer lockers while you play. I really liked the abundance of variety and games as well as the physical attractions, including laser tag, the ropes course, the slides, the bumper cars, and arena. My daughter paid over $700 for a birthday party. Three of the kids were under 6. There weren't many activites for their age But 2 of games thry could play were broken. Only one of the bowling games was working. The other side was broke so they couldn't play together. The hammer for the pop the mole( or what ever it was called) was missing. The bracelets are very expensive and all games should be working. read more

Was here with my grandson for a soccer event for DCSC. Site reserved for teams. To my surprise it was still open to the public. Wait in lines to get in, for food, and activities. When a group of this size reserves a center it should most certainly be closed to the public. read more

Hi this is my first time coming here and I thought we would have a great time but I was wrong. If you are an African American/ please don't come out here with your children, they don't want you here! I had a Caucasian man BUMPED while I was trying to take my daughter picture and when I Address him, he simply ignored me and so did his mate! They don't say excuse as if I'm an object, No one is friendly, the bartender profile me and my mom, she BENT my my DRIVER LICENSE to see if it's real when it's a symbol PRESENT to identify that it's legitimate but didn't profile or bend anyone else's, even my other guest that was with me! It's terrible that you all are conducting yourself this was specially in a place for kids! To top it off it's my daughter birthday! Food here is absolutely disgusting. The silverware they gave me was definitely not cleaned. Their cups they give you for drinks were also dirty. Many games were not working properly and for the money you spend here it's not worth it. read more

My husband and I took our 13 year old and his friends this past Friday for his birthday. Upon arriving and after paying for the wristbands they told us that they had a plumbing issue and we could not use the bathroom for 20-30 min. That was after we had already paid and bought the wristbands, so we said okay and went and found a table. After we had settled in, I went to order food and drinks and was told that because of the plumbing issue I could not order anything for again "20-30" minutes. Almost an hour and a half later and the bathrooms were still closed and food and drinks were still not being served. They offered no refund, no what can we do to make this situation better, no anything. I believe they knew the plumbing was going to be off or not working all night and they just wanted to make their money despite having their guests suffer. They had no sign posted on the front door or anywhere letting guests now of this problem. This place is horribly ran with terrible customer service/management/ownership. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as they only care about making money and not the overall well being of guests and their families. read more

Our family had a great time here on a rainy Saturday! Solid value and a really nice space for kids to burn some energy. This place is new, super clean, and really well thought out. Everything is done digitally via a play card that you can reload with cash. The experiences and games all run off your funds loaded to the card. There's an absolutely massive play scale that is tons of fun. It has slides, obstacles and ball cannons. There's also a ropes course, bumper cars, laser tag, VR rides, and axe throwing! You can spend as much as you want here, and there's tons to do. They also have a full service cafe with pizza, snacks, and a full bar. We didn't but any food our first time around, but we'll definitely be back! read more

Kids and husband and I had a blast! A few games weren't working but we still had fun!

Came here while on a trip from California. Decided to get all of my nieces and nephews together for a fun day together. In total we had 9 children and seven adults. Just so you know there aren't any group options besides parties, and they must be booked in advance. Everything is pretty much ale-cart, and not very price effective. The "manager" was no help, and according to her she had no authority to help us with pricing for a group. So needless to say, everyone was able to do the attractions of their choice, BUT, I wouldn't recommend this place for large groups without a planned party. read more

This place was so fun and a steal too! It was $10 to get my preschooler in for the whole day, and I probably would have paid more. The Ballocity area kept him occupied for nearly 3 hours. We had a yummy hummus plate snack to gear back up for more playing. We got a $20 arcade card and that stretched him out for another 40 minutes. He won enough tickets to get a few small things from the kiosk. The Christmas decorations were charming, the staff was friendly, the play areas and bathrooms were clean, I literally can not find anything to complain about. I'm looking forward to taking my teenagers in for the ropes course and zip lining. read more

Pleasantly surprised by how much fun this place was for everyone. Caters to all age groups! You must reserve your spot online (Due to COVID) and sign the waiver beforehand. All you need to know is what package to pick when you get there. We just did the unlimited 5 which includes laser tag, bumper cars, ballistic(for kids under 12), rope course with zip line, and 4D ride (around $30). There's options to choose just 2 or 3 attractions. They do have a jungle gym type thing for kids to play and an arcade. We have been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Check-in is quick and easy, there are many different package options, and my kid is completely occupied for 3 hours for under $20. Every single machine in the arcade works - which is rare for a place like this - and before you play, every game tells you how many points it costs. After you scan your card, telling the game you want to play, it also tells you how many points you have left. If you want to reload or check your balance again, there's a kiosk in the middle of the area that walks you through the process to do either. It's pretty foolproof. The prizes aren't just junk and the ticket point system is fair - and tickets are loaded onto your card, so no feeding them into a ticket counter or trying to keep track of them. We typically do the Ballocity first, spending our 2 hours there and then go do the other attractions we paid for. My 6 year old easily spends 2 hours straight in the Ballocity, LOVES it, and is usually begging me for more time. It's not your average jungle gym and shoots balls, etc. I do think a small toddler could not navigate the space alone, especially if bigger kids are in there - BUT they offer a toddler time, which I know I would've appreciated when my kid was that age as not many places do! The facility is always clean, there are always enough employees, and everyone has always been polite. The lockers are free, the space is big, and it has definitely become one of our favorite places to go! read more

We went there for a birthday party recently and while the course was extremely fun, the organization and management of the activities is less than desirable. They literally waited an hour after the fact to inform our group that the pizza oven was broken and that we wouldn't be getting the pizza that we already paid for. To add insult to injury they even kicked us out of the room. We will not be returning. Could have totally avoided a birthday disaster by ordering a bunch of hot n ready pizzas from Little Caesars. I can't say more positive things about this place. I dread going to places like chuckie cheese, pump it up, etc. it's always crowded and rushed. Rev'd up fun was nothing like that. From the moment you walk in it's very spacious. There's plenty of seating. It was a little hot but I blame the daily seasonal changes in Michigan. The axe throwing was really fun. I learned that the owner actually built it himself. There was plenty of room for sitting/standing outside where the throwing took place so you can watch when you're not participating. While there I ordered a plain cheeseburger and fries. The fried are so good!!! The cheeseburger was huge and really good. Not what I usually expect from family fun centers. While there the owner came up to our group and chatted on and off. She was the sweetest. She suggested we all try the XD dark ride. She even let the birthday girl get a free ticket. The rest of us joined in at only $7/person. It was the most fun game. You won't regret it. I can't wait to take my kids back to try it. We chose the zombie version. I'm not a gamer but this was fun for everyone. The owner joined us and unsurprising came in #1 in zombie kills lol. To sum it up this place is clean, not outrageously priced for the quality, and fun for kids and parents (forgot to mention the bar!). I didn't feel like I went and dropped a bunch of money for an uncomfortable, overwhelming, and disappointing experience which is usually how I walk out of chuckie cheese. Let me start off by saying this place is cool for OLDER kids. They offer one extra activity for smaller kids/toddlers called ball city but you have to pay for 2 hours when let's be honest most kids will use 1. I view it as a rip off. The reason I give it one star is multiple reasons. 1- The tickets are all digital to your play card so if you don't pay close attention many machines eat your tickets or coins to play. There is always a machine or two down on top of that. 2- Good luck ever getting them to answer the phone 3- I talk a lot about food allergies in my reviews and this place is a huge NO! They offer a dairy free flavor in their cooler of ice cream and they have two different scoops BUT they are mixing the two scoops in the same water dish (big cross contamination) I have made suggestions many times about this to managers and on Facebook but I guess they are ok with doing the bare minimum but hey they act concerned. We have gone here 5 times now and it hasn't changed. Their employees have little to no food allergy training they hand you a binder which I appreciate but ask a question and it's blank stares. Pretty good place, was pleasantly surprised. Took my young son here on a him from friends talking about it. He had tons of fun in the play area in back (he is only 4). The place had ample room and more staff than I expected to keep things running smoothly. The food options were the only real disappointment. We got a humus snack try that seems like someone opened a container of bargain hummus and some other dollar store snacks for the plate. As a tip for management, the entertainment May win the kids but boring food won't cause us adults to want to come back. read more

We have been waiting to visit this place for MONTHS and we were not disappointed! The place is beautiful and clean. The employees were some of the most enthusiastic, helpful, and friendliest people ever!! Pepperoni pizza was delicious! The kids had a blast playing games and playing in Ballocity. The workers even ran around playing tag with the kids in Ballocity! My husband and I did the Dark Ride twice, and LOVED it! I highly recommend the Gigamon story on the Dark Ride! This place has the WORST service that I have ever experienced. First of all, they didn't even have glow golf like they advertised, so I wasted $50 on my Ticketmaster reservation with the added mini golf package. Second of all, we spent $180 on 90 minutes of axe throwing, but not even 10 minutes after we started, the hostess came over and told us to stop so another family could play?!?! I don't even understand how they can so blatantly lie about so much here. Not to mention that the food smelled like my grandmother's toenail fungus and the chips were soggier than my cousin Geoffrey's T-shirt after a 5 minute game of pickup basketball (he's obese). Overall, dont waste your money on such a run down scam; go to dave and buster's instead. P.S. I'm definitely suing, so don't expect to see this place open a month from now. This place is awesome! I was worried my 3 year was bored, but he had a blast in ballocity. It's this really nice playscape, and it's different than most because it's tall enough to go in with your kids. However, the people working there were great and played with him while I sat outside of it and relaxed. They even had video games for little kids too, and my son loved the driving games. They have something for everyone really. The food was ok, just typical pizza, sandwiches, etc. I liked that they had a bar for the adults. This place is really decorated nice too. We will definitely be back with my 17 year old to try the things for older kids like zip lining. I love that there is something for everyone here. read more
