Only one in our group had any experience, so direction was needed. Sal was our axe specialist and with his guidance we were mostly all able to hit the ground running. If you follow his instructions you will stick the axe. Bottom line. It's a fun night out, and this is a great place to throw.

You only need one other person to sign up for the lane with you. There is also a phone holder in the lane so you can video yourself if you feel so inclined to do so. Reserve your time online! Try it! Eventually, we migrated to the second floor and began wielding the axes. If you've read my previous writings you'll understand why I was disqualified and Marshalled the events. The main walking path is probably around 1/3 of a mile, so a quick walk; but there are a few trails that branch off, leading to a children's play area, courts, or nearby municipal buildings. There are many benches available to sit and enjoy the scenery, or watch the ducks; the lake has multiple fountains, and 3 different docks to enjoy. A stunning park for photo opportunities as well, and they hold a lot of community events, which is a big plus in my book. Definitely recommend checking it out if you get the chance.
