This place continues to be a go to for cold winter days and hot summer days. The value for games, acrobatics, and food is perfect for families of all ages and sizes, especially if on a budget. The only issue I've had is when redeeming Groupons. My most recent experience resulted in calls to the service center, which went to voicemail, while my kids waited to play and eat. Thank goodness the manager, Courtney, honored my purchase, despite not hearing from anyone from headquarters. I appreciate everything that this business has given me and my family and also appreciate how much their pizza "slaps". The kiddos love Chuck E. Cheese. This summer we did their gold pass and it was so worth it. My daughter loves the trampoline and the staff there especially the management goes above and beyond. The food is surprisingly delicious. I love the fact they have a salad bar with fresh cut veggies and more "adult" choices. The staff work extremely hard to keep up with keeping it clean and seem to handle everything that comes about in the most professional manner. My only complaint is not with them but the fact corporate took away the ball machine and lowered the ticket amounts you could receive on the games you can earn tickets on. We were at this location today to have a little fun. This location is big, but it is dirty every time we go. Because it was a week day it wasn't very busy, but there wasn't a lot of staff on duty either that could clean up while it was a slow time. So as the kids played I tried to walk around and clean up a little. I like that they change out games and bring new things in. The carpet is old and is starting to ripple and kids and parents are tripping on these big bumps in the carpet. The pros - The staff are friendly for the most part. Good game selection. The Cons - Very dirty facility, don't go during weekends or busy times or your kid will get trampled or you may get in a fight, or you may see other parents fight. We usually go out to the locations located n Farmington Hills or Sterling Heights. These locations are very clean and have way less drama. read more

i have been here a few times and i haven't encountered anything bad with this place. it's been good coming here and me and my kids enjoy it. it's clean, very spacious for birthday party events, has good arcade machines for the kids. i notice they had a few new machines so that's good. staff here are friendly and service is good. only downside is that some of the machines, are either broken, not functioning properly, or missing a few items like balls and basketballs etc. they need to fix this issue but otherwise, it's a good time! read more

i found 2 dead flies in my pizza. it was disgusting. it tasted expired. the pizza was different sizes and shapes. one of the slices look bitten into. i went to play some of the arcade games and half of them were broke. i'm never coming to this place ever again. read more

Love that it wasn't busy when we stopped in. Got the 30 min pass and it was perfect for the kids to play all they wanted. Manager even offered a few free pictures and games. Security was top notch and the kids had a blast. So happy we popped in for a bit. Made my kids day! read more

Would NOT recommend at all ! Pizza got my daughter , my 2 nieces and my nephew & little cousin sick !!!! They were throwing up nonstop back to back all day ! And I know it was this pizza and this place because all the kids that went with us here were the only ones sick from the pizza , and they were throwing up the pizza ! I was here with my nephews on 4/11/14. We had a great time, we really lucked out because it wasn't very busy. The pizza and salad bar was excellent. Staff seemed extra friendly as well, (I think a big boss was in the facility) lol. Anyway I hope the next time we come here we have the same experience! Thank you for a fun day! Well its chuck e cheese time for the kids, im here tonight and yes ghetto parents is right, arguing all loud like THEY are kids... My kids had fun, the equipment seemed to work fine tonight, I definitely feel like I'm the only sucker in the whole place that actually paid for the salad bar, i paid 6.99 for it and get this baby sized plate when half the people in here just walk up with their pizza plates twice the size and get what they want free... lol anyways i'll probably be back because its the closest chuck e cheese to my house and my kids love the place no matter how ghetto the other parents are and or how inattentive the staff is. read more

My overall experience here wasn't absolutely horrible. The staff was very nice and the facility was fine. The bad thing about this place is the people who come, which the staff there can do nothing about. A lot of the mothers in attendance were dressed inappropriately to be attending a kids birthday party. G H E T T O is not even the word to describe what I witnessed there today. The one and ONLY reason I would NEVER go back to this particular one is the ratchetness I experienced today. Those women should have been ashamed of themselves to have even walked out of the house looking like they were wearing the same clothes in the club the night before. This Chuck E. Cheese location has had Security upgrdaded to Roseville Police due to immature parents and family members of the birthday child lack of using self control. Although seeing the police is a turn off when you first arrive, the staff does a great job and our kids are safe. This location is good and our children have no complaints. I will not write off a venue because it takes effective precautions to deter poor behavior. read more
