The man at the toy counter was patient while I as a parent was about to lose my $hit with the kids not knowing what to pick for 35 minutes with their tickets. He made his job look easy bouncing around from parents coming in to handling the toy counter and answering questions etc. would do another party here and go just for day fun. Also no one got sick after going here which is a miracle in itself so they must do a good job of keeping things sanitized.

However, what really sold me were two things: (1) the customer service of the staff and (2) the arcade's strive for innovation and progression in enhancing the VR experience. The staff where very kind and accommodating, even with our large party of 7. They did their best to provide a wide range of games for us to play. In addition, after our time was up, my friends and I got to beta test their first multiplayer VR backpacks. Imagine being able to physically move around and play with your friends in an open space - awesome, right? This is a but a glimpse of what Escape VR at Oxford, MI can provide to the public. I'm only in Michigan for vacation this weekend, but this visit was the most memorable. As an engineer, I appreciate their innovation and profession in VR, and I hope the next time I visit MIchigan, I get to see how much this place has grown.

He even gave himself a 5 star review which is in violation with google's terms and conditions and is a conflict of interest. He knowingly sells broken video games and he blatantly lies and tells them "oh if you would have brought it to my attention I would have replaced it." People HAVE brought back broken systems and he tells them basically to get bent. He's running a legitimate scam giving himself 5 star reviews and having his girlfriend give him 5 star reviews just to offset and bury the 1 star reviews.

The records are in the back, in a dimly lit corner. It's like going to a thrift store, because the records aren't really organized. You can tell that at one point they did attempt to attempt to organize them by genre, but they don't keep up with it. So records are all over the place--stacked on the floor, in boxes, etc. I think if you have the time to pick through all of their stuff, and go through boxes, you can find find some good stuff. But I really had to pee, so I had to cut my vinyl hunting short!

The only issue I've had is when redeeming Groupons. My most recent experience resulted in calls to the service center, which went to voicemail, while my kids waited to play and eat. Thank goodness the manager, Courtney, honored my purchase, despite not hearing from anyone from headquarters. I appreciate everything that this business has given me and my family and also appreciate how much their pizza "slaps". I love the fact they have a salad bar with fresh cut veggies and more "adult" choices. The staff work extremely hard to keep up with keeping it clean and seem to handle everything that comes about in the most professional manner. My only complaint is not with them but the fact corporate took away the ball machine and lowered the ticket amounts you could receive on the games you can earn tickets on. We love all of the games and most of all seeing Chuck E! We are always going there and the staff makes us all have the best time ever.
