We spent a couple of hours alone, amid the boulder park searching for beautiful rocks on our way out. Sat at a nearby picnic table and birds watched for a while as well. We spotted so many different kinds of birds even a parakeet! We'll definitely be going back, especially since some of the areas were closed off due to construction. And it looked like the employees wanted to be here. I will make some suggestions: 1) the front door needs a bit more security. I walked through the door with a birthday gift and was allowed right in; no questions asked. Not even a hello really...just a smile. However, my husband came in after parking the car and was stopped. In this day & age, I don't think there should be any assumptions. There should be a hostess-type person who asks every single person what they're here for and some sort of guest list. 2) more space! The party comes with pizza but you have to add more if you have adults and we did the large boneless wings platters. Abbie was friendly that was helping our party. If you do the more expensive package they provide dipping dots, ticket blaster, they get to see chuckie cheeses, and get goodie bags. My daughter enjoyed it. I would recommend bringing your own cake and cupcakes we ended up doing that and getting from Sam's club which worked out well paired with what you get from party. Nice they take care of the decor and set up/clean up. We had some baby shark / 2 year old balloons we added and I would recommend bringing some balloons as well.

I enjoy going to the Summit on the Park…read more                 There is a great water park out back for the kids.  There is a wonderful wooden structure playground.  It will need to be updated soon but it's an adventure.                 The pool in the building and the workout room and the other offerings in this center are an essential part of the local community.  The banquet center is very nice and suitable for activities as weddings and public meetings.  Their support team for the rooms is first rate.   Booking is swift and easy.  Support happens from the beginning all the way to the end of your experience.  Very nicely done.                 I appreciate their lighting, sound and other technologies when I am having an event at this location.                 The media staff is experienced and helpful.  If you are going to use the kitchen areas yourself they are kept clean, neat and well stocked with the materials and equipment that you need to make any event a success.                 This location is fairly easy to get to and directions to it are easy to follow.

Two out of three stalls were out of toilet paper, which feels like a bold choice for a place full of kids and parents who paid way too much to be there. For the amount of money we paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and maybe one employee old enough to rent a car. The kids had fun (because of course they did), but at these prices I'd rather just give them Red Bull and let them run in the yard. Would I come back? We rented on a Sunday in June for a bridal shower and the owner offered us an unused keg that the wedding party had left the night before. It was a very nice gesture, and our guests enjoyed the extra perk. We mentioned that the A/C didn't seem to be cooling very well (although, we did have the back door open to unload lots of supplies). However, the owner went the extra mile to investigate the problem with the a/c unit on the roof and was able to reset it for us, so we were very comfortable during the event time. The kitchen is equipped with a new stove/oven - an electric, 4-burner residential type of appliance, but suitable for reheating food, which was great for our needs. The owner was clear on not being a fully stocked/operating kitchen - so they don't supply dishes, silverware, etc. However, they do have some things there that were helpful for various items we forgot (e.g. a few serving dishes We really liked the flexibility of being able to bring in your own food and bar. While the price point was higher than I had originally wanted to spend, we found the overall quality of the facility and service to be of great value. Our guests were impressed, the owner turned out to be easy to work with, and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a facility in the Canton area.
