Best part of this place was enjoying the games & competition with my volleyball daughter and my husband! We made a reservation and had to wait a little bit, no problem-but while waiting we saw several open tables...but my husband being in the food industry noticed the lack of initiative or concern to help guests. At one point there were three employees standing at the host/hostess check in. The food I was literally served a raw piece of chicken...now I am generally the LAST person to complain about food and/or request any type of refund or anything...but when your food comes out and all looks great-the chicken sandwich was huge so THANK GOD i cut it in half to eat it...it was not cooked! The waitress who was very sweet initially said she would have her manager come over -& then changed her mind and said can I just take it? I had her take it-she did offer other food which I declined. She was then gone for quite some time; my daughter and I went to start playing games while my husband waited. The "MANAGER" was shown this and apparently per the waitress just said "ewww". Never came to us, never said anything and we were initially provided a bill with no type of discount or refund...they did end up discounting $15 for my food (we paid more for eat and play). There were dirty tables around us which had not been bussed yet...drinks took an awful long time to get out from the bar as well. I didn't know whether to feel comforted that there was security there or concerned...but in today's world I'll take it. Our bill with a tip was still $200+... Do better D&B Livonia...disgusting... Adriana thank you for being sweet and caring and trying to do your best!

Today was a school field trip to Dave and Busters. I had never been to this location! When I walked in I was amazed at how nigh it was. You walk in to a bar areas it's got stools on both sides to the left is the games and to the right is a very large area for eating. There were roll top chafing dishes down the aisle we had both sides of that area. The staff was amazing best customer service I've even seen in Dave and Buster's. We later games from 10 to 12 and our meal was served at noon. We had several servers. The menu was pigs in a blanket, chicken nuggets, pretzels, French fries and a variety of drinks. We had plenty to eat and were able to take some too good. It was impeccable. I live east but will definitely plan future events at this location! Hats off to the staff at this location. We normally go to the Eastside location off Hall road I'm definitely going to take this long haul from the Eastside of Detroit to bring my family here! It could have been the time of day because we were there at opening time and for a long time the only people there but it just seems to be the culture of that location! It was not chaotic and everything flowed well! Hats off to Dave and Buster la Livonia!

    Deceptive Marketing

Beware of deceptive marketing. Signs on tables and on websites show $5 drinks and $10 wings on Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays. We ordered with the server telling her we wanted the happy hour drinks and wings thinking we would get these prices honored. But the VERY FINE PRINT mentions that it's only valid 10pm-close. You have to search really hard to see these important details and the server didn't bother to inform us that it wasn't happy hour. We feel duped, we complained to one of the female managers who agreed the promotion is deceptive but offered no apologies. Won't be returning and will be informing Better Business Bureau.

I stopped in last night on 4th of July after work for a late night meal and was greeted warmly by Alice! She did a fantastic job taking my order, gave me a great drink recommendation and was swift with getting my order in! The food was pretty good, the drink was pretty sweet so i watered it down a bit with water, however it was really good. the quesadillas were pretty greasy for me personally but again i feel thats the theme with places like this. It was very loud and busy, I considered playing some games and Alice let me know how the token system worked so I got that figured out easily as well. Overall the service is what gave it 5 stars for me, I feel that can really make or break a visit to any restaurant so I left happy and fed. Highly recommend!

I was greeted right away by Kyle and a woman. (I wish I asked for her name) We had a large group of soccer girls because of a local tournament we were in. Kyle and this woman went above and beyond for our large group. Our girls and parents were very appreciative of them taking care of us. My strawberry watermelon margaritas were delicious. I also enjoyed my chicken potstickers and quesadilla. The girls all had fun as well. HUGE thank you the Kyle and his colleague for helping us out.

Here's a 2-part review: Restaurant side: a TON of seating! We made a reservation just to be safe, as we went on a Saturday night at 6:15. Drinks were good and food was delicious. However....our waitress was disengaged and quite dry. She didn't engage in conversation much, admitted to forgetting to put in our friend's entrees, also admitted to thinking she brought us the wrong drink but "was just hoping nobody would say anything if it was wrong," and didn't know how the game room worked (specifically, whether we needed to print a card or we could use our phone). She totally guessed and said we couldn't use the QR code on our phone. Yet, it worked on every game. She's the reason I docked 2 stars Game room: at first, it was kind of overwhelming. It was a bit cramped and you had to wait for some games but the crowd lightened up as the evening went on. It was definitely a lot of fun.

First time at this business where I went with my adult son and his kids as a tag along. We did not eat any food while there but pretty much focused on playing games with the kiddo's where this really was an outing for them with adult chaperones. Commenting on the games themselves, the game stations were definately fun with lots of lights and sound affects with games that provided something to play for all age groups, from young kids to adults. Relative to the facility itself, the lights are turned down to provide a darker environment which accentuates all the flashing lighgths and sounds at the various game stations which was visually very appealing and added a level of fun and excitement to the facility. Also of note, the game stations themselves were clean (not sticky of dirty) and almost all in working condition unlike some of the comments I saw in the other reviews. Relative to paying for the games, this is done via a pre paid debit card method where the more you spend the more credits you get (see photo). Most of the games we played cost 8 to 10 credits per person or roughly $2 a game. Getting to the experience part of it, the kids definately had a lot of fun as did the adults but I will say you definately burn through the money playing these games especially when running from one game station to the next. I think we probably spent $80 in a hour here as some of the games are fairly short duration. In probably what is a somewhat of tainted view, I come from an era of Elton John and pinball wizard where my experience was on $.25 pinball games that would last 5 to 10 minutes based on how good you were on the games. Times have definately changed and if I was a kid again I could not afford to play these games without help from mom and dad. The cost above all else is reason I give this place 3 stars as it seemed too expensive in my view for such short plays even though many of the games were very fun. In summary I would say if you have no problem dropping some coin and are looking for a higher end electronic game experience this place would probably fit the bill for you. Definately a place to consider if you are looking for multi player experiences as many of the game stations offer this option where up to four people can play at the same time and compete against each other. The kids definately had a blast playing against each other and beating the pants off dad and grandpa. Oh the humiliation to be humbled by a 5 year old (:

    XXL Bavarian Pretzel

I've never been to a venue this un-accommodating... we asked for more chairs since we had a large group and our waitress said no. And she seemed annoyed every time she was serving us or taking our order. But the food was pretty good. I especially liked their XXL Bavarian Pretzel and the beer cheese sauce that came with it was pretty tasty. I definitely would get that again. It's big size was also most impressive. I also really enjoyed the Grande Cantina Nachos, which came with seasoned chicken, white queso, black beans, grilled poblanos, pico de gallo, jalapeños, cilantro, and lime crema. Yummy.

We went here today for my daughter's 18th birthday. Things not to order food wise: Mac and Cheese. One of my daughters got the Mac and cheese and it was definitely eating from the box! Was the worst Mac and cheese she has ever had. I tasted it and I agree on that. I had a watermelon strawberry margarita that came with Vodka not what is normally in a "Margarita", however it tasted delicious. The ice cubes in it had strawberries and jolly rancher in them. If you like watermelon and strawberry you should definitely try it out. I tried the chicken caesar wrap which was just okay. I was surprised that they put tomatoes in it. My daughter got French fries and she said they were too salty. The pizza they have there is pretty good. Now for the games... We had a blast! We played a lot of them including my favorite ax throwing! We had a great time! I would recommend getting food somewhere else before going there.

The smoked/grilled wings tasted nice and smoky and they were tender, but they could have used 5 more minutes on the grill to crisp up the skin - they were a bit flabby. Sauce tasted good though, and I'd get them again. They also have naked and breaded options. The burgers were decent, but the meat really could have used some seasoning or even just salt. But the avocado was nice and fresh, and the meat was cooked perfectly. Juicy and flavorful. The fries came out hot and fresh out of the fryer, and I appreciated that. Lots of beer options, a couple of ciders, lots of shots, signature cocktails and lemonades to choose from at decent prices. It's nice to see $8-$12 cocktails. I love a good recommendation on Instagram and do get target ads which I do not mind, that way I keep up with food trends and promos and heard about their $13 deal. So, since I always wanted to try their pizookie and it came with it, we made plans to come here. I always get their sparkling sangria, it is my favorite and you can never go wrong with it, it is light, refreshing, and delicious. We also tried their chocolate beer, which was okay, but on the scale of chocolate beers, would land in the middle of our ratings. But the dark beer with marshmallow was absolutely delicious. Loved that one! I also tried their fruity cider which was very light and easy to drink. They have so many great drink choices and a lot of great non-alcoholic options for the kids who were not present but would love this place. While their deal is great, I did a couple upgrades to my meal. I started with the house salad which was $4 extra, but I love a good house salad at a restaurant with a lot of ranch. I also had their fried chicken with mashed potatoes and corn. It was very hearty and homestyle, and I do like a homecooked style meal since I cook most of the meals at home. It was quite large, so I took home half. I also upgraded to the Dubai pizookie, since I missed it the first time around and wanted to try it, but the meal deal one comes with a small personal sized one. My husband had the personal pizza which was tasty, but so tiny it looked like it came out of an easy bake over and do did his small pizookie. Still fairly tasty though. I do want to come back, and to be honest, I hope they have their meal deal this summer, because I want to try their endless soup and salad, since I know I already love their salad.

Each dish is prepared with care, offering both comfort and quality. What truly stands out is the variety. Seafood options, crisp salads, made-to-order omelets and even a few unexpected gourmet additions ensure there's something for every palate. The freshness is evident in every bite, and the constant replenishment keeps everything looking and tasting its best. And then there's dessert--arguably the highlight. A beautifully arranged selection of pastries, brownies and Easter-themed treats invites you to indulge, it's a sweet finale that perfectly complements the meal. Service is attentive and polished, with staff maintaining a seamless flow despite the busy holiday crowd. Plates are cleared promptly, drinks are refilled without asking, and the overall experience feels smooth and well-managed. Overall: A beautifully executed Easter buffet that blends tradition, quality, and festive charm. It's the kind of meal that turns a holiday gathering into a cherished memory.

Decent Hop Cat, I've been to the one in Port St. LUCIE, Fl. Before. I had two West Coast IPAS that…read morewas really good and needed. We tried the following: Sriracha Brussel sprouts- i thought they would have more flavor and heat. We had to ask for extra sauce, eg okay. Lemon pepper wings- dry rub but would've appreciated more flavor, was okay too. Salmon plate with mashed potatoes- My friend loved his entry. Overall, this is a decent place for beer lovers, watching sports or having a decent meal at decent prices.

Soooo... this was a really disappointing visit. Met a friend from out of town here for Sunday…read morebrunch. The special holiday drink menu looked fabulous. We both had a bourbon cream hot cocoa. It was barely like warm. Marshmallows were toasted nicely on my drink and pretty burnt on the other (I wouldn't have minded burnt marshmallows). The food was just meh... the Yuletide Boursin dip with garlic Parmesan puffs was ok. The "puffs" were fairly heavy and dense. There was far more marinara sauce than anything else. The pesto on top of the marinara sauce was delicious. I would recommend skipping the Maple Bourbon Chicken and Waffles. The waffle was so dry. The applewood bacon was the best part of the dish. The chicken was a bit overcooked, so it was also dry. The good gravy skillet was "peppery" according to my friend - which is literally in the description. She felt it was too peppery. The "over easy" egg was way over cooked! It was over-hard at best. The kicker was when our server asked us if we wanted more water and poured less than a half glass each of water - which was about 3 sips. (And yes, the water pitcher was full, she could have easily filled our glasses). I will add - the hostess was a delight! She greeted us as soon as we walked in, sat us promptly, and told us to enjoy our meals.
