The wait time wasn't too bad for a Saturday night. One thing is for sure, they have some of the coldest beers I've ever seen. The drinks are great! The staff, eh. Our waitress was nice. The others that were assisting her, could have had some better attitudes. They are reasonably priced with a decent bar menu.

The number one problem here was service. The employees spent soo much time talking with one another it was maddening. Upon entering we weren't greeted with a hello because the two girls at the host station were conversing. That should have been our clue to just leave but we didn't. It took forever to get our food. Three tables sat after us received food and left before our food even came out. As you see there was nothing extensive or elaborate ordered. A Caesar salad with salmon.. should have been a quick fire here... salmon not fully cooked and could use a bit more seasoning. The salad dressing covered the ok flavor. The reason for the delay?? My server spent soooo much time talking and hanging out in the bar area. Did she forget she had an assigned section with patrons in it?? Probably would not come back to this location

Ok. We came 2 times in a week. Because we stayed next. Before came back in Michigan fright was delay few times and then cancel. Looked for hotel in NYC stayed there next day came . But night time. We are hungry but so tired. Do not want to go far a way to eat. So next hotel is here twin peaks. I know here at Madison height we I was in Michigan some times visit and eat. Any way Thursday night it was ok. I order steak salad but not available so switch to salmon. It was good. But found out hair was there we asked to switch what they did. So month of the beer was sold out but it's ok... everything was fine on Thursday. Didn't mention sever girl was nice... any way come to Sunday. They are having fix issues so they will close 11 what they say but we are hungry so just in ! Order steak salad (again but this time they have it) also fish and chips. I don't know Sunday is bad day to come here? Beer is very icy cold that is great but food wasn't good than thirst. Taste wise and portion size. Salad wasn't good also fish and chips. But I really liked tartar sauce! So if I'm coming to Michigan and stay same hotel may be back to here to drink but not come here on Sunday...

Chicken street corn salad. Just look at the menu and I think we know this is not the same.

Fries were cold. Girls were cute. Very very mediocre on food. I guess you come for the experience.

My wife ordered a Cajun chicken and avocado salad. I ordered the Cobb salad with extra chicken breast. These salads did not disappoint and they did not skimp on the chicken. Server number 200 did not do that for me this evening. I went to Archie's on a recommendation from my local host. My Cajun chicken salad was decent, nothing to brag about, nothing to complain about. The bartender took my drink and food order, but someone else delivered my food, and kindly asked if I needed anything else. I said no. The bartender passed by me no less than a dozen times, never stopping once to check in. She busied herself with socializing with the locals at the tables, but couldn't offer a simple check in to see if I liked my food or needed anything else. Before that, my tip was going to be 30%, which is standard. By the time I left, it dropped down to just under 20%. She was not even deserving of that, but I am a decent guy. As I walked out, I expected a parting greeting from the bartender who was at another table. Nothing. As I passed by the host, I expected another greeting. Nothing. There is absolutely nothing about this restaurant, the food, or the staff that would encourage me to return or recommend it to anyone else. Nothing.

Dining in was quite nice. We were able to watch the Tiger game and have an enjoyable mid-day lunch. I love the many TV's and from every seat, you're able to watch. The seating is comfortable and the energy is lively. We had a great server, he was very nice and engaging. The food was satisfying. The Mac and cheese bites were a pleasant surprise. I had a massive salad and it had a tons of ingredients, very fresh and delicious. We also ordered the filet bites and this is a tender and tasty dish. The pretzels are sort of common, nothing too special. Next time, we must order the desserts! They looked so tempting. Overall, I would definitely return. Art and Jake's is fun place to dine.

My wife got the chicken quesadillas and I went for a regular cheese burger with fries. It was nice because the food came out quickly but was not very hot. We both noticed it and I am a very quick eater who loves hot food and was shocked that the temp was cool. They gave us plenty of food for the money and if it was hotter it would have been a 5 star review.

We purchased three of the $59.99 Eat and Play combos for the kids, and I do want to give credit where it's due. We ended up losing one of the game cards and the manager was extremely accommodating in making sure the free meal was still honored. That level of understanding and customer care was truly appreciated. However, the rest of the visit did not match that same standard. I went to the bar to grab a drink and watch the football game and sat there for quite a while without being greeted, even though the bartender clearly saw me. The bar itself wasn't busy, yet the environment felt rushed and unwelcoming. When I was finally acknowledged and received my drink, the overall energy was tense and uncomfortable. The bartender I interacted with, Dana, came off very cold. Later, I spoke with a friend who had been there the day before and they mentioned having a similar negative customer service experience with her as well. When we sat down to eat as a family, the attitude continued. Our waitress was noticeably hostile. She slammed my drink on the table and did the same with my cousin's food. It made what should have been a fun family outing feel awkward and unpleasant. The food itself was just okay. I ordered the sampler with sliders, wings, and fries. I tried asking about the spicy Korean wing flavor and the waitress seemed completely uninterested, simply saying she only eats buffalo wings. There was no effort to be helpful or welcoming. I had been told this location was better than the Utica one, but based on this visit, I wasn't impressed. It's disappointing, especially since I was hosting family from out of town and hoped for a fun, upbeat environment. The manager's assistance was the highlight, but the overall staff attitude made the experience one I'm not excited to repeat.

Okay so I am a huge fan of Dave and Busters first and foremost…read more I have worked at entertainment centers in management for years and I have frequented them often. With that being said- on a Saturday night which is one of the most popular evenings...why are half of the games not working and why are your prizes all of the surplus from old inventory/clearance items? I lost many chips on a lot of games that were not properly working and the prizes were nowhere near how nice they used to be. The actual food area was good- but be warned. If you have a lot of food restrictions, there is not much you can get. I ended up with two grilled chicken breasts but had to purchase a specific meal for much more than it was worth and I asked for light sauce and they smothered it. The rice pilaf was good along with the coleslaw but I would love to see a "light" menu for those with numerous restrictions. Even just plain grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun or something. Overall- I'll be back for sure. I just hope you take these things into consideration. I love the atmosphere but making it a bit cleaner and maybe getting some more variety of games will do you good. You used to have plenty of games, but they all seem to be screen games now where the settings dictate how often someone wins or has certain settings turned on. I highly recommend bringing back some good old fashioned games to appease all ages!
