Saturday afternoon, killing time before a movie. Here is what we liked. * Plenty of seating options, no wait. We chose a seat at the bar. * Beer choices , they had plenty. What could of been better: * Can of beer that was cool but not cold, room temperature glass. *Cleanliness- Sat at the end of the bar and the cleanliness at the end section while it appears to not be used was filthy. * wait time for food took a while, was thinking if cancelling right before it came out - * Personal choice, I am aware- not a fan of coated fried. Wish menus would state that. Fries are amazing- don't need a coating. Overall just a mediocre place, nothing to entice us to return. Wouldn't say 3 stars but a 2.5 at best

I stopped by Beerhead to grab a bite. The place was pretty empty, but the servers weren't exactly on top of things. We ordered two burgers, which were pretty good--decent portions and fresh flavors. I also ordered garlic fries, which came at an extra cost, but the waitress never mentioned that. When the fries arrived, they were completely cold. Honestly, I didn't ask for a redo because of how unfriendly she was. The server was polite, but just a bit disengaged. Overall, it was okay, but a bit more attentiveness would have made a big difference.

Beer Head Bar is a great spot for craft beer lovers! This place has an impressive selection of beers on tap, with something for everyone--from light lagers to bold IPAs and rich stouts. They also have a cool tap wall where you can pour your own beer, which adds a fun, interactive element to the experience. It's perfect for trying out a variety of brews without committing to a whole pint of something you're unsure about. Hello service is good! I love the atmosphere.

Overall a good place to go for dinner and drinks. They didn't have quite a few of the drinks that were listed on the menu which was a bit disappointing. Food was good and they had a lot of options which was nice. I also always customize my order and normally, a lot of places get it wrong & they didn't which was a nice surprise. The staff were very nice.

Another great visit today. Alex was totally accommodating and made our visit fantastic! He made my Fiancé some great drinks, I sampled a few new beers and the music was on point! We really love this place! And make sure to try the pretzel, but bring an empty stomach or a few friends, it is what it says!

I really sat on this re-review for a while, because I hate to be negative, so I let the experience sit with me for a week, and my opinion has not changed. I used to love this place. They had a literal book for beers from around the world you could try. I had some really great ones in the past. But sadly, they have not only reduced their food menu, their beer selection has diminished compared to the past. When there are so many other places in metro-detroit that offer a large amount of taps, cans, and bottles, there is a lot of competition for my patronage. The prices have also gone up tremendously for their food when there are also a lot of other and better choices right next to this restaurant. But the worst of my experience was the service, which was not friendly or pleasant. We came here on a pub crawl for St. Patrick's Day. They were not overly busy, so you would have thought the server would have been more welcoming to customers. They advertised specials online, but in person their prices were higher than advertised and they would not honor the online prices. They advertised mini beers that were an actual tiny shot of beer that turned out to be pricier than their actual full pours of beers. I have a family member that does not drink. I asked about mocktails and even though there is a full bar the server was very snide about it. I asked for them to put together one, and it came out different than what I ordered. When I asked to fix it to what I actually wanted the server had an attitude. They also charged me wrong, but I did not want to make a fuss, so I just went with it and left for the next stop. You would think with so many people who want a bar experience but do not want to drink they would have been more accommodating. The HUB and Bar Louie next door made great mocktails on the other parts of our pub crawl. I may be back, because I like to socialize, but I would not come back on my own,

A great idea to stop in here! The menu had plenty of options and the food was good. The beer menu was huge as well so if beer if your drink, you will love it here. The place was practically empty too and tons of seating!

Came for lunch, got 3 drinks and 3 meals. Honestly all of the drinks and meals were awful. One of the meals was $15 dollars and looked like a prison meal. I had chips and queso and the queso was ice cold, straight out of the fridge. Every thing is pretty expensive too for the quality. I was surprised since I read so many good reviews for it to be so bad. The restaurant looks like a cool place to hangout but likely won't be back.

Tuesday Trivia at Beerhead is such a good time! Beerhead is located in the West Oaks outdoor mall area, right next to Emagine Novi, which feels like a prime location! The food here is average, with the ginormous pretzel appetizer being a favorite among my trivia friend group that comes here. Everything else I've tried on their food menu has been very unremarkable. There is a massive beer selection for those interested in that though, which is probably the main appeal. For me, I'm here for the trivia and that's what makes Beerhead awesome to me!

Cameron and his crew are AWESOME! We held a charity event here, and not only was it a fun venue with a great vibe, good food and dangerously tasty beers, they were super generous, donating gift cards for a raffle and proceeds from the night! Great restaurant staffed by great people!

Pizza and beer. The bombo-combo. Anyways, this was one of a handful of places within walking distance from the hotel I was staying at in Novi. Overall a casual spot and perfect for a solo meal at the bar, but also popular amongst small groups looking for a place to gather and socialize over beer(s). Service was great. Bartender was very knowledgeable of what was available on tap and made great recommendations on pizza. Ended up taking half a pizza home when all was said in done. If I recall correctly, I was able to catch the tail end of happy hour for specials on drinks and save a few bucks. Definitely a worthy spot for a casual meal and beers. 'Til next time, cheers!

We had started off with a mixed board charcuterie board which held an assortment of different cheeses, meats, breads, and veggies. This board was underwhelming; for $20, it felt poor quality-wise. We had Rayna Rose serve us, and she was so kind, friendly, and beautiful. She showed professionalism while providing a comforting tone and attitude to the total environment. While observing her with other tables, I saw that she not only treated everyone with the same kindness and respect but really put her best effort into her work and service. After around 30 minutes of waiting, our entrées came out. I ordered their signature Oak burger, and my sister ordered the sirloin entrée. My burger came out with soggy buns, stale fries that weren't crispy, and ketchup that was average. My sister's sirloin was bland, dry, and the balsamic glaze made the overall dish sour, and not in a good way. We were able to finish the soggy burger as a team, but the sirloin was unbearable. Overall, I give this place a 5/10.

Inside, it's really welcoming. Clean, comfortable tables and chairs, and it looks like they recently refreshed the place with updated walls, art, and lighting. Nothing fancy, just done right. I honestly do not know how the chef did it, but the chicken had this incredible crispiness and freshness, with a perfect crunch that still stayed juicy. The portion was extremely generous. The pasta was excellent and the sauce was exactly what you want with chicken parm. I could not even come close to finishing the whole plate. I heard a certain renowned Italian restaurant owner loves to come here for the parm! She says no one makes it quite like Ardiana's chef. The owner, Robert, brought out a carrot cake for us to try. He said it was all organic. It was fantastic. Moist, with a great caramel sauce and walnuts. At that point I was waving the white flag because it was just too much good food. Robert also mentioned they are opening a small bar soon, which will make this place even better for a casual dinner.
