Definitely a cool fun spot to kill time while waiting for whatever. The claw machines aren't really super hard so you definitely bag a bunch of goodies. The hubby and I had a great time here. Fun factor is definitely 9/10. The setting is tidy and bright and the staff is extremely nice and attentive.

After buying $40 in tokens my son ended up with one Napa cabbage stuffy (I'd be interested to know what Klawsome's cost is for the one we walked away with). I quickly realized that most of the claws had grippy rubber finger covers. On pretty much EVERY game at least one of the rubber grippy tips was missing; more frequently though at least two (or all), of the grippy rubber finger covers had fallen off (or been removed). My kiddo is really good at claw games but this place was pretty frustrating and pricey at $2-3 a try. He had several stuffies in his clutches and then they'd slip out at the last second. It happened over and over. It left me feeling like the deck was a little too stacked to be fun. We won't be back. I heard there's a good spot next to One World Market that's favorable... that's next on the list.

Everything is awesome at Klawsome! So I know the owners, which means I know firsthand all work and time they've put into opening Michigan's first claw machine arcade, inspired by family trips to other cities with clawcades and seeing how much the whole family enjoys them. I've loved what they've done with the space, located in a yet-to-be-fully-open Japanese lifestyle mall (there's a Paris Baguette fully operating next now)! At Klawsome, there's an assortment of cute plushies to win for your collection, a winners' wall where you MUST take a photo in, blind boxes, machines with smaller prizes (including one where everyone is a winner!), fun Asian snacks and more! Pro tip: If there's a special promotion you do NOT want to get there an hour into when it started like we did because it WILL be incredibly packed. Be sure to check out the plushie upgrade process, where you can trade in smaller plushies for a big one!

This place was so cute! I really liked the decorated wall full of plushies :) I think this is a nice place for kids and everyone to come check out. It was smaller than I expected so it felt crowded. It was nice that I could come check it out though!

This place is so super adorable and tons of fun, I actually came two days in a row with my child. I thought the people working here were so great, and so helpful. The selection of prizes is adorable and they tell me they switch them out often. I love the concept and will probably come back a bunch of times, even though I do not need any more cute stuffed animals. I like that there is a cafe next door, but wish this place was bigger and maybe offered food and drinks for parties. Since this is a new build and a new spot for business, perhaps if it does well they would be able to grow.

Such a cool spot and great family night or date night. Agnes, one of the owners, gave us the rundown on tokens, trading, and got us set up with a free bag for all of our winnings. The larger plushies are 2 tokens per play, and the smaller ones 1 token. We managed to win some great items and can't wait to go back

Great Filipino-owned business in a convenient location. While I waited for my spot at Chubby Cattle, I browsed through Klawsome and won two plushies with my partner. Employees were very accommodating to customers, and you are able to switch out plushies within the same machine upon request! Great selection of plushies and I definitely feel like it wasn't as difficult as other claw machine places like Round 1.

I think this place is a claw machine lovers dream come true. Lots of selection and things to do. I think kids would really like coming here. People were very friendly to work here. I didn't really try. However, I was able to see that people want some good stuff while they were here. Convenient location, lots of parking.

Discovered Klawsome while waiting for my table at Chubby Cattle nearby and so glad I did! This is a store filled with several claw machines that have plushies, trinkets, and snacks. It reminds me of the many claw machine shops that exist in Taiwan. The plushies were adorable and of variable sizes. I saw one claw machine filled with different types of instant ramen noodles. Fun little spot! Will defs be back!

Love this concept. Rows of claw machines filled with unique plushies. The machines are all identical, but each one has a theme of plushie inside. There are regular size plushie machines lining the walls and mini plushie/snack machines in the center. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They will even rearrange the toys to improve your chance of winning if you have trouble. The best thing is they will exchange your toy for any other one in the machine, so no worries if your favorite Pokemon or Sanrio character is not on top. You can also trade in for larger plushies or save stamps for later. Please support this adorable family owned small business!

This place was super fun but pricey. Probably dropped $100+ on tokens and each claw game is 1-6 tokens. People who work there are SUPER friendly and willing to help you out with the games or if anything goes wrong. They literally will fluff up the items in the machines instead of stuffing them down making it extremely difficult for the claw to actually work. Super addictive claw games though! Definitely a Japanese based influence right in Novi. There's also a Japanese steakhouse right next door so make a night of it! Great for kids and they have a trade in- trade up option if you want to trade in smaller objects for more premium or larger stuffed figures. Plenty of different types of items to win. From small keychains to Pokemon and Disney characters. We took home two solid bags of stuffies and the kids had a blast collecting items. Will return and highly recommend it to any parents or anyone who likes to play these types of games.

Like others have mentioned, this is a smaller D&B and I was very happy not to walk into the place with a bad odor (I've read past post that have mentioned noticing a sewer like smell). There were plenty of games to choose from but as the night went on, we noticed a lot of machines either being out of order or wasn't working correctly (balls in some of the games weren't being returned despite there being plenty of time left. The human claw machine looked pretty cool but paying an additional $20, didn't seem like a great deal. After using up our card, we went over to redeem some tickets. I get why they have all the prizes/ tickets needed mixed in, but wish it went in some kind of order from the least to most amount of tickets needed. Overall, an okay experience that is definitely better for adults.

That said, I was a little surprised by the layout. From the outside, the building looks massive, so I expected a much larger game floor. The arcade itself felt smaller than anticipated, and we made our way through it pretty quickly. It wasn't a bad experience by any means, but it didn't quite live up to the first impression.

We had ordered some appetizers but they were a little suspect at first glance; I think I dodged some abdominal discomfort by abstaining based on other's feedback from our group. First we had dinner then the rules of whirly ball then we played. Dinner consisted of sub sandwiches, fried apps like those mini tacos, mini eggrolls and mini corn dogs, a salad, hummus, and soup. The soup was the weird thing. It was 94 degrees outside and we got soup. Maybe that was our fault but that was an option and I guess we took it. Food was mid at best. Enough to be full but not very good. The bar was open to us for draft beer and beer in the freezer. I got a blue moon on tap and it was not good. Tasted and smelled fishy. So I gave up drinking it after a few sips. The place is dark. And it was well air conditioned. Lots of big couches and random tables and chairs throughout. They have a lot of video type games and foozball and hockey tables tops. All cost. So bring $1's. Whirly ball was fun. I have to say. Playing with my coworkers was a blast. However. The bumper cars were dirty and smelly. Looked like they hadn't been washed in awhile. The catchers were raggedy and we crushed 1 ball. And it is hot. The air conditioner in the bar is not on the whirly ball court so it gets super hot. And your active so now your hot and sweaty. Then the bumper car is filthy and smelly and not maintained. My seatbelt came out of the seat. That's safe. I am not sure how often they clean and maintenance these bumper cars but it doesn't seem like they do. Gross! The score reflects the fact I had a good time with my co workers but the place itself is kinda dirty and smelly. I guess you have to weigh your fun and good time to disinfecting yourself when you get home.

On standby- plenty of electric powered karts, virtual reality experience and racing sims suited for any age. Better to book exclusively so everyone can enjoy the actual kart racing. But on any given day, you may have to wait your turn as other groups go ahead and finish driving around the track. We were told that each race is 6 long. In reality, the safety orientation/instruction before the race takes longer than driving around the tracks. Then more time is spent on putting the helmet, neck pads and what number is your kart. There was no music to set up the mood. One can sense the strong distinct smell of rubber tires. It made me nauseous. High chairs and cocktail tables are meant for the racers in waiting, while the rest is meant for the guests to sit down, have a snack or chat. Refreshments and meals are available to order. Can you bring your own cake? It seems not to be not a problem for one group that came in today with a cake box and balloons. If you want to try out VR games, it's best time to experience it here together because they can accommodate 4 players at a time. Racing sims has its own space. If I'm not mistaken, there was an employee that resembles a bouncer in a club - that checks who comes in and out of the dark room. Large tv screen, seats that move and actual size steering wheels - no helmets needed. We knew this park had been here for years and today was the first time for us to finally come inside and figure out what's happening. In my observation, the kart tracks would have been bigger and longer, music and sounds related to races would have been perfect. The sound system could have been better if I understood what the guys were announcing - the speaker was inaudible.
