The preceded to tell me if they said it up, it would take 4 hours and I would have to stay. Went home it took 30 min. I think it was the carryout that sat next to him in the bag that swayed that. They also tried to change the trade in amount when I turned in the phone versus when I purchased it. She cancelled her service but kept receiving bills. We came to the AT&T store and Ashley spent a good deal of time, talking to a far away person, who was not the easiest to understand, nor was he the smartest but Ashley's perseverance, patience and great skills finally worked to cancel the account and bring her it up to date. This place is the worst T-Mobile store in the area, perhaps in Oakland County! Its run by teenagers, that have no clue what they are doing. During my time there, I did not see 1 customer walk in happy and leave happy. Everyone that came in upset due to the stores mistakes, left the store just as upset! As for my experience, not only did this store add lines to my account without telling and increase my bill by over $120, but they then processed to argue with me that I was in the wrong. They added 2 phones lines and an internet line, WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR! I had to spend in total around 4 hours at this store this week, just to get my bill & services reverted back to original. I contacted corporate and they were able to provide me with credits due to the incompetency of the staff at this place.
