TL;DR ... go elsewhere. I was having trouble with data roaming while in Canada. Voice roaming was working fine. Cricket tele support sent me to this store. The guy is a waste of oxygen and a stain on the soul of humanity. My "everything" plan includes Canada & Mexico coverage. It is right there on their own damned chart. He says, not included. Said that iPhone 13 is not supported, inspite of a banner in the window pimping iPhone 13's. Said he does not know what "roaming" means. Said that he does not know what "voice service" means. Took my phone for a repair after a site down the road did damage after a screen repair. Then for the last 15 minutes they were open they did not answer their phone or call me to tell me the phone was there. I can only hope that it is ready tomorrow and that they will not continue this runaround. Very unprofessional.
