When I used to have T-Mobile as my carrier it was always convenient because I was just run here and Make a Payment on my way home. And it's right next to my favorite nail salon. But what turned me away from this particular store was the customer service the quality of the products and the inconvenience I should say. So one month into purchasing the phone cover and the mag safe charger both of them broke! One of the T-Mobile employees proceded you tell me that you only have 14 days to make a return and I need to contact Apple themselves to request new items even though it was a manufacturedy effect I purchased them through T-Mobile and these things broke it's not like I didn't like them it's not like it didn't work for me he's literally broke within one month I spent over $131 here and a cover in the charger I got ripped off. And now I'm stuck with a broken phone cover which now chipped the corner of my iPhone because of the crappy cover And then they kinetic POS charger that doesn't work whatsoever! Never again!

My sister has a habit of breaking her screen, so a glass screen protector is a must. Austin sat with us and explained all costs and how to set up the new phones. The whole process was smooth and easy. They even charge $50 if you get insurace and you break your screen. My sister typically pays $140 through apple. Fuwad and Austin are super friendly which makes the process less stressful. We will definetely come back for future phone upgrades and any issues!

After the first week without hearing anything I decided to call and get a status report: they told me I would have to wait another week for the part to come in. After not hearing anything for another week, again, I called expecting a status report. They told me that the technician would be in in about 15 mins and I would receive a call. After not hearing anything for an hour I called and was told that he wouldn't be in for another 45 minutes. All I wanted was a status report! Finally after another hour, I got a call from the technician saying that the part hasn't come in yet. The next day I received a call saying there was nothing else they could do: that the shop I had taken it to before had done damage to it and that the part wasn't fitting properly. They also mentioned that the laptop wouldn't even turn on. I figured that it wouldn't from the start since I haven't been able to maintain a charge... DUH. Nonetheless, they said they wouldn't charge me anything. When I went in to pick up my laptop they couldn't find my charger. Later, upon further inspection when I had taken it to another facility: we noticed that the keyboard had been damaged and didn't work anymore. It wasn't like that when I dropped it off at Battery Shack... The only good thing is that they didn't charge me for the part they had to order. Other than that I can't find any positives for this facility. I had no communication while they were trying to fix it, and they broke my keyboard. I'm beyond frustrated with this experience. As I work in Lansing I requested my mother to go and pick it up Wednesday where she was told and called me and put the phone on speaker that the Liquid Metal they had actually wasn't correct and the new Liquid Metal would be there later that day. I eventually showed up to the store the 27th where I was told again the Liquid Metal wasn't there and I requested a tracking number and better updates. The shop claimed they had reached out but after review of my phone records no attempts were made until after that Saturday. They eventually put the new Liquid Metal in when it had arrived and messaged me about this and then called telling me the fix did not work. On Thursday July 2nd my mother had returned to pick up the laptop. When I came home July 3rd to see if everything worked out good I find many more Scrapes and scratches on the laptop and when turning it on the fans had a hitting sound leading me to believe the laptop was assembled incorrectly when picked up. The 1 star rating does not reflect my opinion of this store as I believe it to be much lower. I find it insane to charge nearly 200$ for a Liquid Metal replacement then after 2 weeks of waiting receiving a laptop that has more issues than when I dropped it off. This store created more issues to the point i don't feel comfortable turning this laptop back on. A new laptop in 2024 that cost 3600$ that now is a paperweight till a competent repair place looks into this and hopefully can repair it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PC'S HERE.

I had reached out to find out more and during/around my chat with Apple the manager called me and…read moreset up an appointment. Gave me a direct/personal number too. My appointment was set for the day they moved their store to the local Meijer. I showed up and the only tech there took care of me (I had called earlier also) and took care of me as he should of. Found out my only issue was the electrical outlet I was using for my charger. Not my phone, my new charger or lightning cable. Nothing of mine. Took care of me as quickly as it was to observe, took care of me as a regular client and charged me appropriately. Will for sure go back after my experience with the tech and manager.
