But after years of steadily declining service, I finally decided enough was enough. I'd heard great things about T-Mobile's coverage from friends and family, so I decided to give it a shot. That's when I met Destiny Burns at the T-Mobile store--and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing! Super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and patient as she walked me through everything I needed to know. We did run into some hiccups while trying to port over my number--thanks to some frustrating issues on Verizon's end--but Destiny went above and beyond to get it resolved. She spent over two hours with me, even calling Verizon herself and figuring out that one of their reps hadn't completed the process like they said they did. If not for Destiny's persistence and professionalism, I might have walked out still stuck in the Verizon mess. Now that everything's up and running, I couldn't be happier. The coverage is phenomenal--I actually have service at my house now, which I never had with Verizon! Huge shoutout to Destiny and the T-Mobile team. She hardly looked at my phone and said she couldn't help me reset it or anything. Honestly she probably couldn't but I've been giving this nonchalant answer from her multiple times and it's left a bad taste in my mouth. I was directed to another T-Mobile location by her which is probably the only decent thing she's ever been able to provide for me. Will not be coming back to this location. Definitely going to drive out of my way to the 16 mile and Dequindre location.

But since I have T-mobile, I don't care about those other stores. Came in today needing to have my 4g fixed on my unlocked Verizon Phone. Anyways the girl there was more than happy to help, and it only took her a few minutes at best to get the problem straightened out. I also went here a few months ago to get my a new sim car, and they were very helpful and even offered some employee discounts for me (the employee there may have pulled a few strings). They responded that the pickup crew would be there in ten minutes, which turned into another hour. I had to ask somebody to come and wait for them, because I couldn't sit around any longer. So after having my screen fixed I realized I couldn't hear a persons voice on the other end of the call. When I first came into the store to get my phone back I realized he had called my phone and from his look I knew that he knew there was an issue with the sound. He however didn't say anything and it was only after I left that I realized there was an issue and had to drive back.
