Luckily for me, the gentleman at the counter was thinking more clearly than I was, checked out the phone, and said it was still under warranty so there didn't expect there to be any out of pocket expense on it (and he was right). He then set my expectations for timing, noting that it could take longer than normal because of warranty work approvals being needed from the manufacturer, and that after a holiday it can take a bit longer, but that 24 hours was the maximum. These guys did great work helping me fix my phone…read more A bit of background: Went into a Verizon store complaining of having problems keeping a charge since it was an old phone. The guy there said my processer was too old and tried to talk me into an expensive one. Came in here as a last ditch effort and was pleasantly surprised these guys really know their stuff. Immediately identified it as an issue with the battery took it apart and sure enough the battery was swollen. They ordered a new battery and in a few days swapped it out and it's worked amazingly since. It was pennies on the dollar compared to what I would have paid elsewhere. No issues, no fuss. Before you go to the Verizon store or wherever please give these guys a try.
