The staff and the management at this store lack the basic concepts of customer service. I do not recommend patronizing this particular store. My father just got his phone screen fixed with "We Fix It" on telegraph and the screen they gave him was not calibrated and they gave him a privacy screen without him asking for it and refused to change it or refund his money. I was worried about that happening here but I was more than impressed by this service! No need to worry about being scammed into getting a faulty screen! So after having my screen fixed I realized I couldn't hear a persons voice on the other end of the call. When I first came into the store to get my phone back I realized he had called my phone and from his look I knew that he knew there was an issue with the sound. He however didn't say anything and it was only after I left that I realized there was an issue and had to drive back. He did fix the issue which is good and my screen and protector are fine, so I'll give this place 3 stars as oppose to my previous 5
