She left a negative review and he responded saying that he has no record of her doing business there...what a liar! Here's her receipt that I've attached.

When the phone arrived I took it to the Madison Heights store (where I bought the original phone) for help transferring apps and data from the old phone. There were 2 employees that did not know the basics of how a cell phone even works, let alone how to transfer anything. How embarrassing for whoever owns this franchise, and for Cricket Corporate. I had a pleasant experience last November when purchasing the original phone and the woman (Jessica) was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. Sad she was not there today. I will file a complaint with the corporate office. This store is not a good ambassador for Cricket Wireless.
