I asked if it has a 3 year contract and they said no.. no contract.. but then when asking them questions, they said Verizon pays for the phone for 3 years and if you leave early you pay for the rest of the phone.. the verbiage used the entire appointment was very deceptive if you're not phone literate. No one came over to help the online pickup line, even though I was clearly waiting. When I asked the door greeter how the system worked, she explained that checkout employees are supposed to rotate between the regular line and online pickup. That rotation was not happening during my visit. From where I stood, customers in the regular checkout line were consistently prioritized while the online pickup line was not acknowledged. The experience left me feeling overlooked and concerned about fairness in how customers are assisted. Clearer coordination and consistent rotation between lines would make a big difference. Until that process is more consistently managed, I'll likely take my business elsewhere.
