Apple told me to go to Comcast and see what they could with the password. In fairness, Comcast came closest unfreezing the phone but it still wasn't right. I asked if it has a 3 year contract and they said no.. no contract.. but then when asking them questions, they said Verizon pays for the phone for 3 years and if you leave early you pay for the rest of the phone.. the verbiage used the entire appointment was very deceptive if you're not phone literate. I would never return to this Verizon, unless you're into being taken advantage of- in that case this is your spot

My father just got his phone screen fixed with "We Fix It" on telegraph and the screen they gave him was not calibrated and they gave him a privacy screen without him asking for it and refused to change it or refund his money. I was worried about that happening here but I was more than impressed by this service! No need to worry about being scammed into getting a faulty screen! So after having my screen fixed I realized I couldn't hear a persons voice on the other end of the call. When I first came into the store to get my phone back I realized he had called my phone and from his look I knew that he knew there was an issue with the sound. He however didn't say anything and it was only after I left that I realized there was an issue and had to drive back. I came in, they talked to be about insurance which helped me know what I had access to and was super helpful, they checked the price with me before checking that they had the parts, they found the parts, and gave me an estimate of 2-3 hours. When I came back I did have to wait in line a bit, but it was worth it because my phone was fixed and completely back to normal. Great service and amazing work.

There's no reason why you guys don't have an account with them and can get parts way quicker.
