Horrible the manager needs to be there to see what is going on. Purchased two new phones to my account and with out telling me automatically added Next Up and Protection Plan to my plans on both phones. Shame on them it's a corporate store. My phones were shipped to the store, so they could set it up. When I got there, a representative asked to purchase it from me cause her really needed it for a customer. The preceded to tell me if they said it up, it would take 4 hours and I would have to stay. Went home it took 30 min. I think it was the carryout that sat next to him in the bag that swayed that. They also tried to change the trade in amount when I turned in the phone versus when I purchased it. I then had the pleasure of having to spend more quality time with ATT on the phone to reverse the charges. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! read more

If I could give the West Bloomfield store a zero rating, I would. Went in for a free upgrade to Iphone. Few hours later realized ATT Associate who waited on me, added an unauthorized 3rd line to my family plan and attached the line to my old phone! Stay far away from this store!!!! Today I worked with Todd at the ATT store on Haggerty, in West Bloomfield for the third time in the past month. Each time he was able to assist me with purchasing a new Iphone, answering my questions about my bill, and for assistance in helping with the phone my Mom currently uses. Found out they have been changing me for a phone service I canceled 11months ago! They have it on the recording, but do you think I'm gonna get any money back? Obviously no ,I've been trying to get through to them leave my number for return phone calls and they don't call back. They are one of the worst scamming companies I've dealt with in my 60 years ! Buyer beware they also own direct TV from what I'm understanding . I'm telling you right now ,you hire them at your own risk . Also Worst customer service ever!!!! When they're charging my mother, a senior citizen, $270 for basic TV? With Internet it was a total of $317 a month and that is disgusting.! Then I was told that the Internet at her home was $57 but when I spoke to the girl on the phone Maria ,she's telling me oh no it's $68. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went in last month to purchase a mobile hotspot for my business. my intention was to open up the account under my LLC. the sales associate Charles signed me up for a personal account which then lead me to through about a month of hassling them to get my account straighten out. when i told charles about the screw up, he told me that he would take care of it in a few days, those few days when from March 15th all the way to April 7th when i received my new agreement for my business. during this process my bill had came in which was not in the correct amount stated to me at the initial sign up, i was told that the plan would be $65 a month plus the cost of the equipment along with taxes and fees. when i explained to them that my bill had already came in. prior to them getting the account switched over to a business account, i was told my both Charles and the GM that they would be taking care of my first months bill due to the inconvenience. I ended up receiving an email from ATT saying that my bill was past due. when i asked Charles if they had taken care of my bill, he acted oblivious as if he didnt know what i was talking about, pretty much called me a liar. when i spoke to the GM he told me to "Chill Out" i ended up paying my bill with zero assistance from either one of these unprofessional individuals, and my plan is still not correct, they wasted my time and were extremely unhelpful. ever since this store got sold off to some stupid third party seller company that sells for ATT this store has completely gone down hill. if your interested in getting anything from ATT, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! read more

We have always gone to the store. We always refer people to the store and for the first time I'm telling you not to go. The young lady in there that goes by Tasha is rude doesn't want anybody in there. There wasn't anybody in there didn't even acknowledge our presence and didn't wanna be helpful whatsoever. Then she acts like I did something to her and videotaped me getting in my car way while I was driving away from there. I have never had that problem at that store. Clean store, couple of the dudes that have been working here for awhile are kind of unprofessional and they almost set the tone that you are in a franchise store but make no mistake, this is a corporate store. It is very convenient for me as it's not far from my home. I will never go in a privately owned att store because I don't like getting ripped off. They have always gotten done what ever I needed the couple times I been here so I really have no issues, aside from a couple guys that have attitudes but they been there for a long time so maybe they think they own the store at this point. I never get greeted when I walk in and no one has ever said "be right with you" so I think they need to change the tone here. read more

This is a corporately owned AT&T store. I had a problem once and AT&T was like "Go see Calvin at the 14 & Haggerty store, he will be waiting for you." Ever since then, I have really been impressed and return to Calvin whenever I have a question or need to make a purchase, plan adjustment, etc. Customer service really impressed both at this location and by AT&T in general, ohh and Calvin too! read more

The AT&T store on west Bloomfield, Michigan on 14 Mile RD and Haggerty RD were rude to a customer today at about 3 pm EST. February 12, 2015. A sales rep, Chantel or Chanel was very rude and continued to aegue with a customer before she understood the issue the customer was there for. she continued to argue telling the customer I TOLD YOU with a nasty attitude. she did not fix the issue with new iPhone to activate it with AT&T service. customer went to an Apple Store near by (12 oaks mall) and was able to get the iPhone activated. no unlocking was needed as this rude AT&T rep kept insisting. We will never step into this store again nor recommend it to anyone. I am considering canceling all my 4 mobile lines from AT&T. A verbal compliant was filed with the store manager. DO NOT SHOP HERE! This store is staffed by a staff that put sales way ahead of truth, honesty & their customers. I've been there twice and both times was sold products without full disclosure on pricing. First, I was sold a "land line" that is actually a cell phone. It costs $20 per month. I was told it cost less than adding a regular land line. Not true. A regular land line is no added charge on my Uverse service. Plus, they failed to tell me about the $130 set up fee. Money down the drain. Second, I later went there to buy an iPhone 5. Not the new S. I asked for a 32 model. I was given a 16. I just discovered this today! I had my old phone for 2 years (dropped it) but was told I didn't qualify for an upgrade. That wasn't true either. I was charged the SAME PRICE for the 5, model as for a new 5S. Again, I was TOLD I was being sold the model I expressly asked for. I wanted the same memory I already had. Right now I'm boiling angry. What can I do but buy the phone I need and chuck this one? I've only owned it for 3 weeks and I've used up half the memory mostly on basic apps. At least I can warn against shopping at this AT&T store. Went here today to get my new phone. Had the best experience ever by the nicest crew. Just helped me and answered anything every step of the way. Traded in my old phone and got my new HTC m9 on the next plan and was on my way , the entire process was less than an hour and mostly my fault because of all my questions and thinking. I got my last phone here at an at&t store down the road at the novi location and didn't really like the pushy sales people and must buy this and cable and tablet and accessories and even after saying no a couple times they still tried well at this place theh only asked once and told me what was on special and didn't keep bugging me after I kindly refused. Don't go there! The customer service is absolutely terrible. The main manager of the store, Clatus, is extremely unprofessional. They do not care about you or any issues you may have. I was trying for two months to get a response from them regarding four separate issues we were having. Each time I was told someone will call me and they still haven't. I am tired of dealing with their lack of responsiveness. Most importantly Directv is terrible. Our service goes out all the time. Sunday Ticket is not worth it. Unfortunately, we cannot get out of our contact for two years. Get Xfinity, it is much better! read more

This was an opprotunity to teach, which was completely lost on store staff. My 2 1/2 yrs old needed to use the restroom while at the store. My husband was told they had no public restrooms. When I called to speak with the manager (Calvin), he was rude and defensive. I was not asking for anything other than to teach that there may be exceptions to the rule to help the customer. He told me to take it up with my husband because he was lying to me. He said children can use the restroom, which made to sense why my husband would lie about a bathroom. Then he said "well there's nothing I can do about it, it's in the past". I can't think of a poorer example of "customer service". He said he was too busy to talk further even though when the conversation started I askd him if he was busy. We are trying to teach our daughter to be a kind person. Unfortunately, she learned that there are unkind people in this world. This is not a lesson I wanted her to learn at 2 1/2. When I called ATT, they were mortified. I love ATT's service online and on the phone. They are amazingly helpful. This review is simply for this store and not ATT. I am still hopeful for the opprotunity to teach. However, I realize now people need to want to learn. The workers at this store do not have the common sense that God gave a goat. read more

Did not give us the right information to make a decision about our contract. Didn't tell us about the hotspots on our phones, so we put them on the plan. Told us the $29.99 insurance would cover all four devices, come to find out weeks later only three were. One of our brand new iPads was not insured and we had no idea. We live in Florida, three weeks later called to see about taking the iPads off the contract as per corporate office's intructions. Manager said he would call back Monday because he needed to talk to his supervisor (we called on a Saturday). Monday rolls around, he doesn't call in the morning. That's fine. I call the store, he is supposedly busy. That's fine too, I just wanted to leave a different number to call me at. I ended up calling 6 times that day and never got passed on to a manager. In fact, the last 3 times I called, no answer. Today still no call. Will be taking my problem elsewhere and logging a complaint with corporate. read more
