By 4:00 PM, I had only made it to 1st in line, with just two associates working. One employee then walked away around 4:22 PM, which made the wait even longer. I wasn't helped until 4:45 PM--a total wait of 90 minutes--just to pick up equipment that took less than 60 seconds to hand over. This equipment is for my summer cottage, so shipping isn't a reliable option. In fact, a previous attempt resulted in the equipment being delivered to the wrong address and left outside in the rain for a week. Overall, extremely inefficient service for something that should be quick and simple.

They never said hi, provided a waiting time, NOTHING. After sitting for 10 minutes, I left. Not only will I not be getting the cable/internet. I will cancel them as my cell phone provider. This is opposite of any of my previous experiences at this location. I have always been greeted with a warm welcome. However, this is the first time that no person of color was working when I arrived. I'll follow up with my sister who is an executive for ATT.

I called 611, talked to "J" and was told I was eligible for: -$800 credit towards new 16 pro. -Can get in store or online -I'd have to pay taxes on phone When I got to store, they expected me to change my plan. Um. What? Nowhere in the commercial did it say anything about plans! Nor did 'J' mention me having to upgrade my plan. And to say I was eligible meant he had to check my plan. I was told by one of the 611 agents, "That's why you call customer service". I did!! I've now called 611 four more times and I get the same answer. Seems like T-Mobile doesn't want to honor what their employee discussed with me, that the promotion I saw on TV doesn't apply with the plan I have even though the first person I spoke to ('J') said I qualified, after he checked my plan, for the $800 credit. They don't want to give me what their customer service person said I was entitled to. One thing about me is I take notes!! Times, dates, people I talk with, how long on the call, and what they said! I'm a note taker. A supervisor at T-Mobile gave a $50 credit on my account. I told him it should be an $800 credit as that's what 'J' said my credit towards a new phone was, verified and approved! After today's calls, I'm convinced T-Mobile is unwilling to make this right. How they have treated me is dreadful. I believe they're trying to make me out to be the bad guy. I'm not. I JUST WANT WHAT I WAS TOLD I COULD GET. NOTHING LESS. NOTHING MORE!
