Extremely rude employees that completely ignored me while I was in store. On top of that when I called in asking for my invoice number, the gentleman over the phone had an attitude and began to keep snappy with me asking me "what's my problem" I believe he went by grant or chance. I called in to inquire about cable/internet service. Devon said come in and ask for him. I came in. Not one of at least 3 employees acknowledged me. They never said hi, provided a waiting time, NOTHING. After sitting for 10 minutes, I left. Not only will I not be getting the cable/internet. I will cancel them as my cell phone provider. This is opposite of any of my previous experiences at this location. I have always been greeted with a warm welcome. However, this is the first time that no person of color was working when I arrived. I'll follow up with my sister who is an executive for ATT. read more

Great service The Men working at this location are amazingly helpful I came in to ask about my bill I thought there was a problem on the snowiest day of the year they took their time and spent about 25 minutes looking into and I was able to still get what I needed from their help. read more

For a pick up order I am not sure I would recommend them. The wait time is ridiculous long just to pick up a order.

I stopped here with the intent of switching 4 phones to their service. I was greeted promptly by Ricardo who assured me that someone would be with me shortly. One employee was waiting on customers. Another employee was arranging displays and Ricardo was talking to another person ( even though this person was in the store, Ricardo told me that I was next in line). While waiting I noticed that the one rep actually waiting on people was spending her time talking with another lady about her baby and other mommy stuff. After 15 minutes I approached Ricardo and asked if he could just email me information about their plans. He stated that they preferred to review the plans in person. I told him that that was my preference as well. I also told him about the "baby talk" going on and that I was not going to wait. I asked him a second time to email me info and he repeated his preference of dealing face to face. He also said he could set up an appointment at a later time. I informed Ricardo that I purposely came to his store in the middle of the afternoon. There was one other customer in the store. Ricardo didn't offer to help me or have the other employee wait on me. I finally asked if he would rather lose a new account than send me plan information. He robotically repeated his preference to review it in person so I left. Great management Ricardo. read more

No sense of urgency between any of the customer service representatives... I waited for 20 minutes before anyone even signed me in to wait. When I sit down to create a new plan, the guy who helped me had no interest in doing his job to where I ended up leaving knowing he had no intention of giving me exactly what I was looking for. As a potential new customer you'd think he would want to help as much as possible, but this past experience has me wondering if I should even go with this company now. Beyond embarrassing not only for the company, but for the employee himself. My suggestion would be a more intensive hiring service to make sure these kind of sleaze balls can't slip through potentially so I can deal with someone who knows their shit. read more

We had a much better experience than the previous reviewer, definitely a'night and day' difference. Today we walked in needing to port several lines, add a new line and essentially start a new business account. After a horrid year or two on a particular pink carrier, I was able to get my early termination fees waived and took the first opportunity to head over to a proper network. Red or Orange were the options but AT&T won on several levels. Fast forward to Nicole N and her awesome customer service. When we walked in we were helped immediately and she spent a great deal of time trying to find a plan/deals/devices that would work for us, with us. When it came time to port out our numbers and set up the new devices she was literally a wealth of knowledge, being able to help us out and guide us in the right direction on making sure all of our presh apps, photos & other stuffs transfered from the old to the new phones. The port itself was done almost instantaneously. The network speed and coverage (so far) is already astonishing when compared to the dreadful-ness we've been experiencing. People in this (corporate) store are friendly, knowledgeable and personable. The store carries accessories like cases (Otterbox, too!), portable speakers (Jambox, Pill, etc.), bluetooths.. the usual! Also as an FYI, this store is one of 5 in MI which has refurbished devices in stock. read more

I have been to this store many times now and they always have a lot of employees working. I am rating them low because over the past three weeks I have called them a few times a day and nobody will answer the phone. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't take you 10 minutes each time to get to the prompt to talk to someone. I want to give them my money but it appears they have no interest in taking it. read more

Without question, this is the worst corporate store I've been to. The only thing consistent about this location, is how terrible each experience is. On my last visit, all I wanted to do was return a phone. The four representatives were busy with other customers (as they always are), and the manager chose to stand in the center of the store, screwing around with her iPad. 10 minutes became 15, and then 20... I knew I had a return. She knew I had a return. I would imagine we both knew it would need some sort of managerial intervention. Regardless, she wasn't doing anything for me, or anyone else. Finally, a representative was free, and after maybe three minutes of his time, he needed to get the manager -- who would spend the next 20+ minutes returning a phone in new condition, within the return period (seriously, I wasn't asking for anything outside of their written policy). All in, I was there for well over an hour, just to return a stupid phone. That's not a one-off kind of experience. Unless you wait outside before they open, and make sure you're the first customer there, you can pretty much count on this kind of indifferent, marginally hostile level of service. For the sake of contrast, the corporate store in White Lake is the complete opposite. Very short waits (if at all), and the staff is exceedingly customer-focused. If you're in the same boat I'm in, where Novi and White Lake are about the same distance, don't give a second thought to going to the White Lake store. read more

I have been billed for equipment that I returned 5 years ago. And can not do anything about it because I did not save the recipe and UPS does not keep records that long. This is terrible. And I do no think it is fair. I do not have this equipment and I live where they do not even offer service. Just keep your receipts or you are up the creek. read more

Worst service ever....I thought they had changed from being a really bad customer service company....they haven't .....they lie trying to get you to sign up with them, and when you discover the services are not what they claim to be and try to cancel your services, they charge you every thing they can....all I wanted was to be able to record on dvr the four shows at the same time like they said I coulld....well if the show are in high def....you can only record two....who dosen't watch tv in high def any more?.....so I tried everything....hours on the phone being transferred to one person after the next, none knowing what the previous person had told me.....a serious nightmare of being transferred back and forth.......never again for me.....and for the record.....With Brighthouse...you can actually record six programs at the same time...and yes in high def......see ya AT&T forever..... read more

The worst experience I ever had in my life. I went in to store to pre order iPhone7 and after trying for 1 hour I was told by rep that they could not place an order. As my old phone is no more working, I decided to go to Apple store and wait on first day in line for 5 hours on first day of release. I waited in line for 5 hours only to know that AT&T put the pre order in cart and did not checkout. When I were nt back to AT&T, store MANAGER was so annoying and said he did take out the pre order out of cart and asked me to go and stand in front of Apple store one more time. When I said I was not happy with the service, he was so reckless to say that I can cancel AT&T service if I am not happy. I have been AT&T customer for 10 years straight and is very disappointed now and considering coming out of it. read more

Watch out for the Rock 'n' Roll employee!! He put two phones to his head at the same time to listen to the speaker and than said he's couldn't provide a replacement he'd been to too may concerts to hear the difference!! Corporate had quite the laugh over that and asked for more details about the store and that particular employee as they weren't very impressed either and handled our issue in less time than the wait in the store was. Unless your up for a challenging argument over their opinion I would look to go elsewhere for sure. read more
