Yet, what was really frustrating was that during the instructions in the beginning, since none of us had been to THIS specific pottery location, there was no mention of a studio fee if we stayed over our reservation time. I have been to multiple pottery painting places (mostly in IN) and this is the first that I was charged for every extra 30 minutes of studio time. (I think it was 30 min) My daughter and I were the last of the party to finish. So, all the other girls had left. The studio was not full at all either. We ended up staying I think an hour or hour and a half past the time everyone else left. Never once was this studio fee mentioned. If I had known I would have left her piece as it was or had her get something smaller in the beginning. Knowing ahead of time would have made me less irritated. I definitely will not be going back specifically because of this studio fee not being mentioned and them having one. Pottery painting is a treat for me personally as it and knowing I'm on a time crunch really ruins the enjoyment of it. The staff were nice enough, and they had a good selection of pieces to choose from as well.

Really cute spot! I would classify this place as a Japanese products store that serves…read morecoffee/tea/boba. They had stationery (e.g. notebooks and cards), Japanese and Korean makeup, a lot of gachapon machines, and other anime merchandise. We had a nice time browsing! The makeup section was a nice surprise. The gachapon is a bit expensive (1 token is like $2 and the machines require like 4 or 5 tokens depending on the toy) but I don't know the going rate for gachapon so maybe that's standard pricing? The drinks area is at the back of the store and there is ample seating to the side. The employee was friendly. I ordered a milk tea which was pleasant, not the best I've had but the price was very reasonable. The tapioca was interesting, irregularly shaped and chewy, and the core was a bit harder than the rest of it. My friend enjoyed her matcha. I can see this being a nice place to bring your sushi/bento from One World Market next door, grab a drink, and hang out!

Some Japanese items, so many Manga figurines and key chain charms and stickers too. The slippers and sleep gear actually looks comfortable. Lots of Japanese makeup here too. The green tea is ok. Service is quick and fast. The tapioca is so, doesn't taste ad chewy as I had hoped. The Mango bubble and mango tea is ok.

It's a good thing that this place is pretty far from my house and that I try to not be the art teacher who hoards stuff, otherwise this place would be a regular hang it of mine!

I arrived at 10:06am and had to wait to enter the store because the employee was late. When I was able to enter, I explained to the employee that I needed to pick up four pieces from a wheel throwing class. I had to wait an hour for her to locate my pieces. She went through almost every piece in the store, including ones from November and December of 2025, when I told her from the beginning that my pieces were made in April of 2026. She handed me pieces to look through for myself, and asked me if a piece was mine that wasn't even made on the same date that I provided. She finally found one of my pieces, but continued to search for the remaining three in different locations throughout the store. After the frustrating hunt, the employee wrapped up the wrong pieces to give to me and send me on my way. I told her that the ones she had wrapped were not mine. Once I told her that she wrapped the wrong pieces, she threw her head back and asked, "why didn't you say something to me?" as if I knew what she was doing. Needless to say, the Spunky Frog is disorganized and inconvenient. If there is an organized pickup system, it certainly wasn't apparent, and the employee seemed just as unaware of it. The employee did apologize, but an apology can only do so much after sifting through countless pieces for an hour.
