DO NOT USE Three Cedars Landscaping, or any other company owned by Ryan Thomason!! Three Cedars…read morerecently regraded my backyard, and was to finish with "PREMIUM QUALITY / GOLF COURSE QUALITY" topsoil. The topsoil is nothing more than fill dirt! We have found broken glass, plastic, tile, large stones, pieces of aluminum, and even a spent shotgun shell in this topsoil! According to the owner (Ryan Thomason), all the topsoil was screened thru a 1/8" screen. Not a chance this happened! The ruts in the front yard from their heavy equipment were also filled with this same fill dirt. My front yard resembles a road crossing front to back! Three Cedars/Ryan Thomason has NOT responded to emails, phone calls, nor returned to see the mess, let alone fix it. They DO NOT stand behind their work! ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR!

Do not hire Ryan Thomason with Three Cedars or this company. The worst customer service ever,…read moreignores calls (voice mail is always full), and texts, and does not return messages left at the store either. Work is not great with holes in the sod laid, sprinklers installed on the neighbors property, and several dead trees planted which he said at the time he would replace if they didn't live. It has been over a year and I have yet to get any replacement trees. Do not support this terrible company

We just purchased a Rainbow series castle playset through Kids Gotta Play and had a wonderful…read moreexperience! Alex went above and beyond in helping us get set up to build it ourselves and giving us so many tips ahead of time. We started out looking at Lifetime playsets but once we compared the actual size of these sets to a Rainbow, there was really no comparison in terms of build quality and longevity. The Rainbow can accommodate little kids and big kids of all sizes and I have so much peace of mind knowing it's strong and sturdy enough to hold everyone safely. We've got kids ranging from 2-13 years old playing on this set everyday and they all love it for different reasons. We ended up building this ourselves because we didn't want to wait for the installation lead time. The poor quality of the instruction manual is the only area I cannot give Rainbow five stars (which is a reflection of Rainbow and not Kids Gotta Play). The instructions combined way too many steps into a single diagram on each page and used vague wording or not enough wording to explain the steps. We luckily had the help of a family member who is also a handyman. And Alex made himself available by phone to help answer questions when we still weren't sure on something which was so helpful. Other than that we're so happy with the purchase. I talked to Amy, Stephanie, and Jenny as well and they were all helpful in the decision process! It was so worth it to buy a playset through a local storefront where we could try out the sets in person, decide on options, and have real people in the store who know about the product and could answer any question about it.

UPDATE: after escalating our issues the only way we knew how I must give a big thanks to Amy…read moreGurnow. Amy took ownership of our issues and concerns and worked to get them corrected quickly. Amy stayed in contact with me through the entire resolution process and provided a lot of great information to us. Thank you Amy for making our situation better and getting our boys playscape fixed.
