Since the installation, we have had a persistent standing water issue in our yard. I spoke directly with the building inspector regarding our deck project, and he confirmed that he reviewed the approved plans and thoroughly inspected every hole prior to installation. He verified there were no water pipes near the foundation and approved the work without issue. Davor, who was also involved, confirmed the same and noted that our sump pump drains properly away from this area. The inspector advised that the water problem is likely due to sprinkler placement and improper grading. Meadowbrook previously represented to me that the yard had been properly graded before the sod was laid, but based on both the inspector's findings and the conditions in my yard, it is clear that this was not the case. Despite repeated conversations, Meadowbrook has failed to take responsibility or provide a plan of action to correct the issue. This problem has been ongoing far too long and should have been resolved promptly. The amount of money that I spent is definitely not worth the value.

She was very rude and insisted that mailer had been sent to me which I never received. She said that it was too late for her company to do the job. I had to find another company for winterization. Don, the owner agreed to honor the warranty while skipping that year's service (I had his email response). Despite my unpleasant experience, I called the company anyhow in late September 2024 to schedule winterization (as their warranty required). To my dismay, Susan said they voided my warranty and no longer service my account. I know that businesses cannot void a warranty without the customer's consent. This is unlawful. I will report your breach of contract to BBB and pursue other legal avenues.

The competitor looked at it and told me I needed to replace a whole zone for $2800. Gulp. Quite by accident I found Foster and the told me it could most likely be repaired for less than $500. I gave them the go ahead. Presto, its working as designed and after fixing several other problems I got the bill for $450. They were attentive to detail and they are my "goto" service from now on.

Dozens of phone calls and emails late and NOTHING has been done, I even contacted the county and still NOTHING. Its going on a year and a half. This is shameful service. These guys are big on promise and zero on action. I would stay clear of this company. Horrible performance.

Firewood arrived and just about all of the firewood looks like it was drug through a dirt pile. There is a lot of rotted and insect ate pieces. In the pics you can see how my previous suppliers firewood compares to this batch of dirty firewood. Didn't go with previous supplier due to them going out of business. Bummed!

So, I called and spoke with a female who said that she would get ahold of the estimator and get back with me. Another week went by....no calls. So, I called again and left a message with someone who appeared to be taking calls during the lunch hour. He said he would give them the message and they would call back. Another week....no calls. I guess if they didn't think the job was profitable enough, maybe they should have at least had the courtesy to let me know so I could get another estimate. Now weeks have passed by and I have to start all over again with new estimates. They were not reliable at all when it came to returning my calls and I never even got an estimate for the work.
