In the fall of 2023, I made many phone calls trying to schedule winterization without success. In mid November, I finally got a hold of Susan, the secretary. She was very rude and insisted that mailer had been sent to me which I never received. She said that it was too late for her company to do the job. I had to find another company for winterization. Don, the owner agreed to honor the warranty while skipping that year's service (I had his email response). Despite my unpleasant experience, I called the company anyhow in late September 2024 to schedule winterization (as their warranty required). To my dismay, Susan said they voided my warranty and no longer service my account. I know that businesses cannot void a warranty without the customer's consent. This is unlawful. I will report your breach of contract to BBB and pursue other legal avenues.
